Rta Homecare

I looked at Rta Homecare’s website before I considered them for my needs. I need a portable oxygen concentrator for my copd. On their site they showed the concentrator that I wanted. They also said that they had people there ready to assist me with Medicare claim and listed the ladies names. I went to Rta on Power Rd in Mesa to ask question and possible start the process. I was informed by the saleswoman that they no longer handle Medicare and that they don’t carry any concentrators that have the shoulder bag, only ones with a cart. When I asked why the website said different she said that the website hadn’t been updated in 5 yrs and that the new owners don’t want to change it to correct any errors. This is deceptive advertising to get people in the door. The old bait and switch. Either the new owners are to lazy to update the site or to cheap or just want to dupe people to get them in the store. My opinion they should be shut down for their deceptive practices.
