Rite-A-Way Garage Doors & Gates

The owner came out and fixed our garage door last night. We called him at 8 PM, he travelled across town and started working on our garage door at 9:30 at night, because we were in a bind. It ended up being cheaper than he thought it would be, & we are so thankful for his honesty and integrity. He had us up and running again in no time. Thank you!

great fast service on a Sunday afternoon is what I call excellent customer service by the owner himself!!! He was professional and helpful with advice to extend the life of our garage door and also spent time with us showing features we never knew existed. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for garage door servicing or a new system!

I emailed this company looking for a quote on some gates. I couldn’t find their ROC at the Arizona ROC site, so I emailed them asking for them to get back to me with their ROC number. No response, and since I know that my gate job, an RV gate and a side gate, would probably go over the $ 1000 limit from the government, I only wanted a licensed company. I’ll change the review if they can email me with a good contractor’s number, but till then, I was really shocked that they wouldn’t even email me back. It appears as though they do this kind of work from all their pictures, I would hope they do have a good license.

I had an emergency at my place with my garage that came undone and down the track. Thankfully the first ad I seen on CL was «Rite-​A-​Way». They are located in Mesa, but assured me that they had servicemen within the Maricopa County and were able to help. They stood by the phone while we were keeping the garage door secure.
I had the awesome representative and repairman, Tyler here and he did moderate repairs including replacements of: 2 springs, cable, center bracket and adjustment with reset. All were done at a very fair price. Tyler is very professional and we are very thankful for his help and this company for being available within an hour of our urgent call. I feel SAFE with this repair and invested in the lifetime warranty of the springs. The work was honest and there was no discussion of a replacing the garage door. THANKFULLY.

My garage door opener was old and clunky. I hated it. I contacted Rite-​A-​Way through email and after a few quick exchanges I made arrangements for an installation later that day. Installer was right on time and had it installed in no time at all. New opener is so smooth and quiet I love it. Rite-​A-​Way was a pleasure to do business with.

I came home one day and my garage wouldn’t go up. I had a neighbor take a look and he said my spring was snapped right in half. So… I called around and got so many different quotes. I didn’t understand because each place ranged with various prices for the same thing! When I contacted Rite A Way, I had the same expectations as other. What I GOT was something ELSE.
Customer service: Ashley contacted me right away and that SAME day she insisted she could have someone out to help and answer ALL questions.
Pricing:This was the BEST and reasonable quote so. i assumed there was a catch. There wasn’t. Hence this review.
Quality:Steve came out and explained the process to me and answered all my questions. He literally did his thing in 15 minutes. Really?
Overall, I cannot express how impressed I was with Rite A Way Garage Doors and their service and HONESTY.
