Dynamic Door Service Today

Backed up into my garage door on a Friday morning (Who hasn’t done this at least once! lol). Panicked because I couldn’t get my car out of the garage. It was early, so every garage company was closed. I called Dynamic Door Service and Derrick was kind enough to help me out. He was at the house within a little over an hour. Gave his recommendations & assessed the damages and gave me a good estimate. He & his coworker were nice enough to help lift the door so I could drive my car out. My garage door was done the following week; old door taken down, new door installed, painted to match the house (HOA rules) and discarded my old door. Clean and beautiful when I got home! I appreciated his business and great work!

Called at 12:45 PM on Friday, May 2. Person called said they could not make it that day, but could be here first thing Monday morning (between 9 and 11). Said charge would be $ 64.95 plus parts and taxes. Not sure about service. I waited until 11:35 and gave them a call. The person I talked to said he could not find an appiontment, but he would call to see who was in the area and call me right back. I called back after 12 and got a recording. It said if there is an emergency, call the shop at the number I dialed. It is now 12:30 and no return call. I gave up and called someone else as I will be away for 10 days (which I told them on Friday). What a joke!

We called Dynamic Door because our Garage Door was making a horrible screeching sound and we thought for sure since it’s 11 years old that something very serious was wrong. Derrick came out and was able to fix the problem quickly and has very reasonable rates. We really appreciated his Knowledge and Honesty.
