I am so pleased with this product.
To being with, I had some correspondence with whoever was working in Sales since I was trying to decide between two fonts and wanted to see designs. Great customer service! Although it was only through email correspondence, the responses were timely and I really appreciated the effort they put into designing my decal/​their willingness to take a few extra steps to cater to my request.
Secondly, BEAUTIFUL decals! Mine came in the mail today. Not only was it wrapped very nicely, but the decal itself turned out great! I am so excited about it! It DOES take some time/​work to apply to the wall (mine was about 18×36 and it took me about 40 minutes), but it is so worth it! Just be patient and careful. It comes with instructions for application, which are pretty easy to follow.
Very happy, overall. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

I love the price and look! The only bad thing is the back of the decals do not come off easily! at all!

Item was sent with bubbles. Contacted company and their phone was not in service and they responded by email over a week later saying they cant do anything about it and I should have taken pictures of it before taking it off my fridge. Save your money!

Got two groupons for this company. Worst groupon yet. This company sucks!!! They double charged me for shipping and then combined my order. The owner had the audacity to tell me it is a «handling» charge because each if my items were custom made and individually wrapped. The lane thing is I ordered one of the designs they already had on their website, which they managed to chopped off the last two letters and they weren’t even individually wrapped!!! Their customer service is the worst. had left messages and sent emails with absolutely no response. I finally called them at 7am in the morning and got a hold of the owner, who turned out to be useless and a total money grubber. Sadly, I had given the two designs away as Xmas gifts. Now I need to find a way to fix their crap since they won’t send me the two bleeping letters!!! There are other companies, stay far far away from this one!
