I have been into this particular store several times because I live very near it. So I feel I can give this opinion with 100% accuracy due to my many experiences there. Every time I have been into the store I have received incorrect information or flat out lies. I find that every employee I have spoken with has told me something that is either incorrect or deliberately manipulative in order to either get a sale or not have to deal with my particular issue. Whether this is out of ignorance and lack of training of their staff or a deliberate lie to make a sale, I’m not sure. But either way every experience I have had has lead to incorrect information and me owing more money than what I was told. I would highly suggest to avoid this store at all costs. If I could give them zero stars then I would!

I’m very disappointed in my experience with this store. I went with my father and husband. Our reason for the visit was not only to change my father’s telephone number from a WI number to an AZ number but to ask why he his bill is so high($ 157 for 1 basic phone and 1 iphone 4s, using a share plan of unlimited talk/text and 4 kg data). Also, we wanted to pass my father’s upgrade onto my husband whom was on his own plan. From the start, both the clerk and manager we pleasant, they seemed to want to help BUT in the end, I was wrong. Here’s what happened: I was told to avoid a $ 15 fee my father would need to change his number online. No problem. We then asked about his current plan and why it costs so much. We were told we could either upgrade to the iphone 5c and save $ 10 a month plus IFWEUPGRADE(only if we upgrade) we’d also receive and extra 1 kg of data per month OR we could lower the amount of data to 1 kg and save $ 20. I asked over and over isn’t there anything cheaper? Really? I was told«No. Upgrading is your best option.» In the end we lowered the data to 1 kg so my father’s cell phone bill would be $ 137 a month instead of $ 157. From this point, we then asked about giving my husband my father’s upgrade, immediately we were shot down. «No there’s no way around that, unless your husband is on your father’s plan.» We walked out of the store with only getting 1 out of the 3 things resolved. When we got home, I got on the comuputer and attempted to change my father’s number to an AZ number… I was having technical difficulties so I called technical support where I had the BESTEXPERIENCE talking to Nancy from Idaho or was it Ohio… She changed my father’s number AND waved the $ 15 fee, she got my parent’s cell phone bill from $ 157 to $ 85 a month PLUS remember the extra 1 kg they’d get if the upgraded to a 5c, she told me that was offered to him regardless of getting an upgrade or not. Lastly, I was told my father could go into any cell phone store, ask for his upgrade, then immediately turn around and reactivate his basic phone and give the upgrade to my husband. THANKYOUNANCYFROMTECHNICALSUPPORTFORBLOWINGMEAWAY! Ugh, what a experience!
