CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE WAS THE WORST PEOPLE IVE EVER TALKED TO IN MY LIFE… Worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with… I called to get business account number, simple task, after numerous attempts of having to hang up and call back, they finally gave me a number, the WRONG number on purpose after we exchanged words… That’s got to be illegal and she needs to be fired. Then she even has the nerve to freeze my account while I’m out of town and can’t go into a branch when they’re clearly in the wrong. Grow up and get better employees. I’m making sure everyone knows how I feel about this credit union. I definitely would not ever bank here for anyone in the future.

Would have a 5, because 99% of the employees here are PHENOMENAL! One person either has a bad day, stereotypes, doesn’t like their job, etc and boy oh boy can you tell.
I don’t know name names, «those» kind of people usually weed themselves out.

No one in the bank but me. I have a business and do multiple transactions… While the rocket scientists chase down a few rolls of coin in the vault, which takes twenty minutes, I ask another teller… who has no customers in sight… To do a deposit of cash.
Yes…I’m giving them my cash to hold and I AM THE CUSTOMER… they tell me I must wait for coin guy to get back. They won’t lift a lazy finger to get me back to my business so that I can keep bringing them money …
What is wrong with this picture?!?
Oh and did I mention I get charged for exchanging paper money for coin?

I love this bank. glad they have so many locations, especially finding them in the wal-​marts. This branch isn’t favorite but I don’t mind stopping in to take care of business

We all have a favorite place to bank and so do I. I love banking with Desert Schools. My husband and I have been members for years. I love the fact that their notary services are free. I never feel like they are trying to rip me off as I have with Chase, Wells Fargo and other nation wide banking institutions.
The staff there is always helpful and I don’t feel pressured to buy into any of their services. If you are new to the area and need a bank I recommend Desert Schools over all the others.
