Cvs Pharmacy

Such a yucky time of year when everyone’s just crazy and sick. Minute clinic was fast. The nurse was so peppy and nice even though I know she’s been crazy busy and is 9 months pregnant. Pharmacy had my meds done in 2 minutes and big sam was so friendly. Bathrooms are nice for one of these places and try had some good deals on liquor.
I will defiantly come back here. Made things so easy for me when I was feeling so crumby.

People are still very friendly and helpful, but something has changed in the 8 years we’ve been going here, and I’m not sure what. Sadly, it has been for the worse. Long wait times, even when it was previously called in the day or two beforehand. Super frustrating because it has happened many times now. Hope it improves because the staff is great.

How come there isn’t a zero rating?!?
The minute clinic is a joke… signed in and was given a 120 minute wait time with only one person in front of us… after about an hour I drove up the street to urgent care and walked in, saw a dr. within 10 minutes… minute clinic my a$$!!!

Tried to print photos from an SD card & from my cell through Bluetooth. Neither worked. Both employees tried to help but couldn’t get the photo machine to work. Eventually told me to try somewhere else. One star for helping but that’s about it.

The staff at the pharmacy is extremely rude. The older gentleman working the night shift was very cold and rude. I waited for a good hour before getting a response from anyone about a transfer from another cvs location. I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give a zero review for the pharmacy I would… First off the store and staff themselves are great that’s until you get to the pharmacy. at that point. You might as well poke yourself in the eye with a sharp stick its about the same treatment you will het from them. the pharmacy staff is rude! Unprofessional and cold. the worst one of them all is the one who should know better on how to use customer service the pharmacy manager DOUG! He’s rude! Unprofessional and honestly a jerk. never been more mistreated

I have been going to this pharmacy for almost 4 years and unfortunately they now have acquired the rudest staff. The worst customer service, not all cvs are this way but I would avoid this one if you need help or want good customer service. If you hate your job quit don’t treat those who pay your salary with disrespect and rudeness. You might be able to afford to loose a few customers but eventually if bad service continues those few will grow until you have none left.”

The only interaction I’ve had is strictly pharmacy. And the customer service level is out of this world! I was just discharged from the hospital and needed a special cough syrup my insurance didn’t cover (day 10 bronchitis and sinus infection). I don’t recall his name, but the pharmacy tech went above beyond customer service. He said he could call and ask for an emergency override because of my condition, something I believe he really didn’t have to do for me. And he did it, warning me there was a huge possibility they would deny it but he spoke to them for a good while (not sure what the conversation was) and he got it approved! A 100+ dollar prescription had I not had it covered. (Something I definitely could not afford on the spot) and my insurance covered it for me. I could not be more grateful. He went above and beyond for a customer and that’s just outstanding to me in this day and age. (I work also as a customer service rep for a large company) I wish I could thank him more, I’m so eternally grateful I feel like I didn’t thank him enough and wish I could have done more to show my appreciation! Definitely 5+ stars! I’ll never go elsewhere! And I live waaaay across town. Best 24 hour pharmacy hands down!

The Pharmacy staff is WONDERFUL. Very customer oriented and efficient. The younger, big guy, Sal? is awesome to deal with. He’s poilte and is very accomodating, I just love him.
The cashiers at the main checkouts, on the otherhand, need to be taught customer service. I have never met more cranky, crotchity old folks in all my life. They followed us around the store like we we going to steal something and everything my 4 yr old looked at or touched the old man was right behind him straightening up the shelf. I was extremely uncomfortable and the man was not exactly welcoming. Very odd behavior and we aren’t the type of family who would be profiled as theives. He made me feel that way.
I am debating on changing to Walgreens but I really love the Pharmacy folks at this location. It’s a tough call. I would give 4 stars but the cashiers are lacking happiness and customer service!
