I was introduced to this place by my friend about 6 months ago and I am so thankful for my friend. Everyone is here is amazing. Katie is my go to. She has never let me down! If gel polish is your thing, go see Katie! If she isn’t available anyone in this place is amazing!

Tom your the best thank you for making the exact shape I wanted, and helping pick out the perfect color for my skin tone. I’m so very pleased, the other employees were extremely nice and everything was clean. I have defiantly found a new place and I’m so happy because it’s right down the street. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work and amazing service!

Twee is the best! I have been driving into Old Town Scottsdale for over a year to get my nails done at the place I’ve always gone. Since I moved to Mesa I haven’t been able to find a place that I like at all. I decided to try Cleopatra Nails only because they are in the parking lot of Target and I’m always near there. Anyway, I walked in a Twee took me right away for a mani/​pedi. It was easily the best mani I have ever had. She shaped my nails the nicest I’ve ever seen them. I’ll be going back there regularly.

Just moved to the area and went on the hunt for a new nail salon. Once I find «my place» I am very loyal. Walked in to Cleopatra Nails at 10 am the Monday after the 4th of July and was greeted right away, offered a bottle of water, seated and given one of the best pedicures I have ever had! I teach cosmetology so I know what a pedicure should and should not consist of. The massage was heavenly, my nails look great and I am happy. Found my new place!

Went in to Cleopatra for the first time today and I got a gel manicure. They have HUNDREDS of gorgeous gel colors to choose from, it was quite a surprise! The place is clean and the people are friendly. It was a wonderful, relaxing experience, and I will go again if I’m in the area!

New Owners and the place is wonderful! Yeah! My very picky daughter had her nails done here and was completely satisfied with how they looked and so was I. They speak English here and don’t ramble Chinese in front of English speaking customers and I really appreciate that. Also, the price is the price. They didn’t pull the bait and switch. Do you want this? Do you want that? But forget to say, «if you do it will cost you an extra whatever amount.» If they ask you here if you want something extra, they tell you how much it will cost so you know if it is worth the extra dollars for that service. Nice!

Stop in for mani pedi got one of best pedicure ever, great massage, very friend staff and awesome Costumer service. They used pedicure liners with their Spa pedicure which was A+ VERY CLEAN AND SAFE! The complementary beverage ;-)with your service is very nice great job cleopatra nails will be coming back

I stopped in here because it was nearby where I was shopping. I was in a rush & there was no wait. I got a acrylic full set, white tips.
The gentleman who did my nails put the tips on too high, so my actual nail line is visible under the acrylic.
There were also lots of bubbles and specks in the finished nail. I noticed he didn’t brush the debris from my fingers after the drilling.
I don’t recommend this salon for anyone getting acrylic nails. No attention to details.

Horrible! They spoke Vietnamese solely. One of the techs was laying on the couch when I walked in. The tech that did the design (2 simple stripes) made it look like a small child did the artwork. Never again.

After the initial disappointments I found a Tech that did a good job and scheduled regular appointments. Unfortunately a month or two ago the shop changed hands and most of the old staff has left. The upside is that the new owners seem to speak better english than the previous ones.
When I showed up for my appointment recently my regular girl was not there. I was told she was out sick and someone else helped me.
Although they were solicitous and friendly I was disappointed so when I learned that my gal was not sick but had quit I went looking for her. I found her at another shop and have switched to her new location.

This place does amazing work for an incredible price! I got a full set and the lasted w/​out a fill for three weeks… and in other nail salons within the same area… I have either come out with torn cuticles or unnatural looking sets that come off w/​in a week. The staff is amazing everyone does quality work., my favorites are Lisa and May… the salon itself is extremely clean and up to date on all the nail trends… Don’t miss out on this gem!
