Tom performed door hang and partial track replacement for about 60% cheaper than a competitor quoted. He was on time (6:45 am!!!) for a 7−8am window, pleasant to deal with, clean, and responsible (performed the work unsupervised and locked up once complete). I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with and tom and Eva handled things like pros. Thanks.

Kevin, the owner, has terrible customer service skills. I bounced a check (yes, totally my bad) and they called the wrong number who said «wrong number» and hung up on them. Then Kevin called me back leaving me a voicemail threatening to put a lean on my house and sue me because I hung up on them when I never even answered. My call history proves that! This was the first time I had heard of me bouncing a check. I paid the check and the $ 25 fee, like a good customer, but did NOT appreciate being threatened over a voicemail. With a business run by such a disrespectful person, I do not recommend this company!
