Visionworks Doctors of Optometry

I was skeptical visiting here due to the reviews. I can say I was impressed with the service I received. The Doctor explained everything thoroughly and in a timely fashion. I the picked out two frames I wanted and sat down with my consultant. I explained what I wanted and she did not try to sell me anything extra. My glasses were ready in two days. I will be back.

Terrible service. The doctor was arrogant and dis respectful When I picked up my glasses 2 ½ weeks later, they cleaned them handed them to me gave me a generic case and said thanks. They did not tell me about my glasses or adjust them to fit.
I will never go back. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

We went there because they were having a 2 for $ 99 special. Let me just say, you get what you pay for. Or, rather, they nickel and dimed us with every stupid thing so it ended up being at least double the $ 99 anyway.
But then: I got plastic frames, that need to be adjusted several times (because they were terrible at it, and would overshoot dramatically in every direction), they BENT the left arm. It wasn’t TOO bad, so I let it slide, until a few days later, when I picked up my glasses after a shower to put on and the arm wasn’t connected. They refused responsibility for the glasses and made me buy a new frame for $ 95, because they wouldn’t just replace the arm. Then a few months later, the paint starts coming off one of the arms, it looks filthy like it’s really dirty, but it’s not, its just the material showing its cheapness. I called to get them replaced because it’s only been a few months. But apparently the warranty is only good for 30 days. They said I could buy another $ 95 frame. I laughed and said not a chance.
This place is worthless, cares nothing for customer service or customer satisfaction, and sells terrible products. I am never going back.
