Mac MacY’s Merrillville

Oh, we all know already, mac customer service is atrocious. Anyways, was in the mall shopping and wanted to stop at mac to repurchase a couple items I had previously owned. Went in, and asked for assistance with finding the items. The lady helped me, got them, and I stepped to the counter to check out. Haha but it’s impossible to actually buy anything from mac. Instead of just letting me pay and go, the woman said I had to wait until she finished doing make up on another lady. It took 30 minutes, and finally I just left without my items.
My guess, she knew I was only getting two things and saw more potential in the old lady’s make up she was doing for more commission. Poor service all around. Will never go back, and not unhappy about it. Sephora has way better items and customer service AND a good return policy unlike mac. Screw you mac. Your shit sucks.
