Worst ever! The store was running over. Seemed as tho the workes were taking their sweet time. Either hire more people or open another store else where.

I stepped into the store. No one greeted us. 5 minutes later… Nice gentleman did say, «someone will be with you in a moment, while he was already assisting another customer. Saw two others in store that didn’t look that busy… not even look our way. But later… after another customer walked in one gentleman did greet her and asked her to have seat but went ahead to her before us.:( Then another worker came from the back and went to the customer, that just came in, to assist her but she informed him that she was being helped already. So I said to the young man…“If you’re looking to assist someone, we are willing to receive assistance! We informed the problem with the phone. He said he would take a look at it. Came back… said only maybe a little corrosion in the charging area of phone, nothing else seems wrong. Said someone else will come to assist but she onlu say that it would take an 1.5 hours before anyone could even look at our phone.:( Waste of time! Need better customer service and/or more ppl working on a shift! Smh…

Worst corporate sprint store I have ever been to. Poor customer service and management. Goto another store if possible. Too bad this is the only one in Northwest Indiana

Awful service and I don’t want to ever go back. Too bad this is the only corporate sprint store in nwi. Walked in, nobody greeted us. When a worker finally walked up to one of us, he gave the up/down look then turned and walked away. After about 10 minutes someone said that an associate would be with us shortly. After another 5 minutes, we were helped. The associate never smiled and it seemed as if all employees were aggravated. SHe asked what we wanted and after searching on her tablet for about 15 minutes, we were told that the phone we wanted was not available in their store. She then directed us to online. Needless to say, we wasted about 45 minutes.
