I got placed on hold for 30mins n wen I spoke to an operator she placed me on hold for another amount of time… decided to take a trip to store, lady greeted wen u walked in n waited for long periods of time, hour later I was taken care of… hire more ppl to handle the flow of ppl that enter, otherwise nvr had a problem with mobile service, but Uverse well better get direct tv…
