I go to Valparaiso sephora and it’s great. However, I went inside this sephora, and was appalled at the unmotivated and unhelpful staff. Nobody offered to help me, only followed me around as if I was a thief. Another girl asked if they had the UD naked flushed pallets in, and the girl said no… without checking. A second later I walked around the corner to find a whole entire stand of UD naked flushed pallets. I handed the girl one and she chuckled and said «wow… not even going to buy this now, I’ll go elsewhere»
At my checkout, they didn’t give me my VIB points and didn’t asked if I wanted to use them on the awards. Horrible experience. Valpo location is much nicer and the staff is amazing.

This place is fantastic! I’m a little new to the makeup world and was looking for some makeup for my wedding. I walked in like a lost puppy and was instantly approached by Artie and she was a huge help! She helped me try some lip colors and found the perfect one and gave me some make up tips for the big day! She was awesome! If you ever need make up help I definitely recommend going to Artie!
