This is the worst Extended Stay America that we have stayed at so far. The staff is EXTREMELY unfriendly and nothing but rude. They act like you are inconveniencing them. There is never anyone at the desk. Don’t even get me started on how rude and snide the cleaning woman was to us. Don’t waste your time at this hotel take your money some where else.
