Berman’s Infiniti of Merrillville Service

I had a really bad experience with them! I was given 3 different estimates for work on my car. I called to speak to a manager/​supervisor .I talked to a Charles, said he would call me first thing in the morning to resolve the issue. never did so I call him the following day, puts me on hold for 8 mins never even bothers to call back… looks like they really don’t care about the customers. never will go back to them again .also charged me $ 160 to check what’s wrong with car… love to take people’s money, but don’t like to help.

3^rd time coming here and they feel just as friendly every visit. Complimentary car wash with service every single time as well. They always let me know when something might need work in the near future (which I’m sure most dealers do lol). Not to mention the bathroom and lounge make you feel like you’re in a fancy hotel! Oh and Keurig while you wait!

The service department has terrible customer service The service manager Tony has a very bad attitude. This is the closest dealership to my residence spoke with them on Tuesday and Wednesday about issues I was having with my car. The service manager Tony said they would be available to pick my car up Friday morning. Friday comes and no pick up! I call to speak with them and they completely change the story saying they thought I meant I would be dropping it off not sure how you confuse telling me your picking my car up wuth you thinking i would drop it off. I explaimed im very frustrated because I need the service done I ask when is their next earliest. He explains he can’t pick it up till Monday then states if it’s only the brakes I don’t have to bring it an Infiniti dealership because after all I do drive an infiniti I can take it somewhere else to have the work done. First who makes a mistake and instead of rectifying the problem suggest that you take your car to Gates Chevy World to have your repairs done. I wouldn’t want anybody working for my company that suggests you go to the competition for repairs. Very disappointed
