I had my bathroom redone. I had yellow tile and a yellow tub. Bathroom Magic changed it to white. Looks like new! And the Building Maintenance Manager praised their technique in sealing the location and venting the fumes out of the window instead of letting them spread. I could barely detect any fumes when I viewed the space 12 hours later. Excellent work and very pleased with the result.

Jeff came today to resurface our cast iron bathtub. We are redoing our bathroom and we wanted to keep the 1949 tub. I had previously resurfaced it before with another company, and it just didn’t last. Our bathroom contractor recommended Bathroom Magic because of their attention to detail. My bathtub now looks beautiful and I am so happy that it was done. Since it was an old tub it took longer for Jeff and I really appreciate the time spent to make it perfect.

I would actually give them a 4.5 rating. I was very pleased with my overall experience. I had a 25 year old tub reglazed, the surrounding wall tiles cleaned, new shower and tub fixtures installed, & baseboard replaced. I’m very pleased with the outcome. Due to the use of very strong chemicals, I stayed out of the condo the day they did the work & part of that evening, & made certain my 2 cats were outside. You absolutely do not want to leave pets indoors to breathe the toxic chemicals. Everything worked out well and I’ve already referred Bathroom Magic to some friends. The bathroom was a night and day transformation! It was very well worth the price.

The only reason I didn’t give this business five stars is that their product is new and I don’t know how it will wear over time. The service, however, it top notch. We are moving into a 1959 house in Mclean, Va, and, like all other 1959 houses in northern Virginia, it has a pink bathtub! I contacted Jeff Miller who owns Bathroom Magic and he «sold» me his service over the phone. The price for his«reglazing» of the bathtub, surrounding tiles(white but dingy) and baseboard tiles was just under $ 1000. When my wife hear the price, she freaked, but I convinced her that we were doing the right thing(because Jeff convinced ME that we were doing the right thing). On the scheduled day, Jeff showed up on time(how often does THAT ever happen), told me exactly what he was going to do. He said he would call about 30 minutes before he was finished so we could come back and see the work before he was paid. Sure enough, about about 5:30 Jeff called me saying he would be done about 6PM(he had been working since about 9AM!!). As I told Jeff, if my wife was happy, I would be happy, and you can tell from the rating that we were BOTH happy campers. The only thing that gives me a little pause is Jeff’s instructions for taking care of the tub: keep it wiped out(dry) especially around the drain; don’t leave a bathmat in the tub — hang it up; don’t leave soap or shampoo on the tub(use a tub caddy over the showerhead); don’t use abrasive clearners(he recommends Scrubbing Bubbles). He said that was the typical care instructions for a new tub, too. Anyway, the tub and surround are beautiful and we think worth the price. Time will tell how well the treatment wears(I think it has a 10 year warranty). Also, Jeff is a delightful guy to do business with.
