Wendy’s

The staff was competent and extremely friendly. I walked in to get a to go order of two sandwiches and walked out in under 3 minutes. Ben (I believe was his name) was manning the front desk and was one of the nicest people I’ve met in food service. Very surprised to see such a low review, I will definitely be going back. Also, the food was hot and obviously fresh.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had at Wendy’s or any other fast food joint. Food was old and cold and the staff had no idea what they were doing. To give you an idea, the cheese sauce my wife ordered had a white film over the top of it! Sad really, I used to love Wendy’s…

Went in a little after three o’clock and ordered the number 1 combo, a single with cheese, fries, and a drink. The sandwich bun seemed different, bigger and doughier then the last time I ate there. It was also stale, hard to the touch and crunchy on the outside. The meat on the sandwich was dry and cold. The fries were natural cut with skin on, the way I like them but these were served oily and limp with last bit of heat dissipating in the time it took to get them to my table.
I realize that my visit wasn’t in prime time but a restaurant has to put out 100% quality at all times. This visit just left me feeling like they weren’t cooking for me but just passing off some old food that had been around far to long.
Even if the food was served hot and fresh the new buns really suck.
