Waffle House

Food was good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered steak and eggs with hash browns. Kids had waffles. My wife had eggs and hash browns. It’s good food at a reasonable price. What you would expect from a Waffle House. Much better food than the hotel was serving and about half the price. Usually I have to doctor my hash browns and steak with catsup and steak sauce, but there was no need. The flavors were great.

Great service at this location. The ladies who work here are very friendly and personable. We broke down and had to wait a while for a tow truck. They made us feel very welcome. We didn’t just interact our server. The other ladies talked to us as well. We are a 1000 miles away from home and upset that our rental car broke down. They made that awful experience a little better.

Have been to this location twice and both times had the rudest, trashiest service imaginable. I think people should have to take MANDATORY customer service classes before They deal with the public. If u cant speak gramatically correct or it takes u 12 to 15 minutes to add a ticket using a calculator, find another profession. Bunch of idiots

What can we say about the Waffle House that hasn’t been said before. Its dependable for serving delicious, affordable, all-​American breakfasts, lunch, and dinners, anytime of the day. Great large breakfasts with good hot coffee, ready and served up in two jiggles of a jack rabbits tail!

Two of our orders were incorrect. Eggs over hard came sunny side up. Didn’t offer to refill coffee until we were about to leave. Service started out friendly but the more they got wrong the more rude they were.

I would give 5, my husband says 4. Considering that I personally feel you cannot review this as you would many other restaurants, I loved the experience and the food was good too!
Basically you get «breakfast and a show»! Sitting at the counter is a MUST. the head cook does an amazing job of remembering the orders read to him. His «backup singers» support and entertain with their genuine banter!

I have been to this location several times. The food is good. The service is friendly.

As good as any Waffle House! Friendly staff and quick, cheap food. Breakfast served all day! Can’t go wrong with that! If you’ve never been to a Waffle House you should go at least once! Good greasy food cooked fast right in front of you. Added bonus — all Waffle Houses are open ²⁴⁄₇.

Well I am stuck in Mississippi at the moment but I like food so its kinda cool considering I’m always on the hunt for good food or interesting food, new food any food really. Well there is not much to do in meridian except eat really.
So I was taken here by a couple shipmates for breakfast and let me tell you its not disappointing it almost met my standards. Well they serve breakfast all day kinda like Denny’s but they make everything fresh like right in front of you. Your literally in the kitchen with them sorta like a diner which brings up a small problem it is usually packed and you have to wait in the morning especially on Sundays (Bible Belt).
So I ordered this really good omelet and it came with a waffle that i ordered on the side with warm syrup oh and came with really good hash-​browns that you can exchange for grits if you like. Now my friend order this hash-​brown thing that I should have gotten. Basically its hash-​browns with whatever you want in it. Like an omelet and the portion is huge it could feed two stoners (lol) and it only cost like 4 bucks.
So overall the service was great the people are sorta friendly because the second time I had breakfast there the waitress was rude and didn’t even offer anything but overall i recommend this place. I think they have locations all over the south so don’t come to meridian lol.
