Came in on a weekday and spent a long time waiting to be seated without even being greeted, meanwhile there were many open tables. We were 5 and they sat us in a booth made for 4 at best. I had read about the service on Unilocal so had set the bar low and figured the food my make up for it. The food was definitely below average. Had their burger and salmon plates, kids had their mac and cheese and meatball sliders. Their french fries weren’t too bad.

This place was average. The waitress was pretty scattered… You get what you pay for.

Three of us went in for lunch and were seated right away. The restaurant was fairly slow(4 other tables), we were not acknowledged and after trying to flag down a waitress and 12 minutes of waiting we walked out. Very disappointing because we used to enjoy going here.

Love this place. The Brie kisses are awesome, we had delivery at a hotel we were at. Pizza was good had a house salad as well. We ordered from here three times and it was always right and the food was great. But the Brie kisses are the best

Absolutely some of the best food and service I have had in the Treasure Valley in many years! The hamburgers were made to our exact specifications, the grilled romaine heart salad was impeccable, and my kiddo loved being able to make her own pizza. Our server, Kayleena, was without a doubt one of the kindest servers we have encountered and everything she did was done with ease(though we know being a waitress/server is DEFINITELYNOT an easy job) and grace. I would return to this Smoky Mountain over and over again just for the delicious and unique food and the kindness of the staff. Way to go Smoky Mountain!

On a drive from Denver to Portland, we decided to stop in Meridian for the night. While we’ve done this drive a few times, this time it was to move, so our vehicles were too packed to drive out and get something to eat, once we stopped for the night. Reviewing the places that would deliver, this looked the best, due to the wide menu of delicious-sounding food. At about 8 I called in the order. Explained that we were at a hotel, which they were familiar enough with that they had the address already. I gave them the room number, then provided my mobile number(twice), in case of issues. Now, I used to travel for a living, and have had a few mishaps with food being delivered to hotels, so I also called down to the front desk so they knew who I was and where I was ordering food from. No problem; I would have a medium pizza, Napoli salad, crème brûlée, and beverages in 45 minutes, an hour tops. An hour and twenty minutes later, I called to make sure everything was still going to go down like we planned. I was hungry. I was waiting for food. And what I was told was that, wouldn’t you know it, they had the wrong room number. They TRIED to deliver it, but there was no answer at the door they had, and there was no way to reach me. Funny thing, that, having given them my number, my room number, and informed the desk. They could have asked them, or shown them the receipt with my name on it, and they could have surely found SOME way to contact me. But, no, tragically, nothing could be done. They sure we’re glad I called though, and they’d get me my order right away. Fast-forward to 10:20. Over two hours since I made my order. Twenty minutes since they closed. We gave up, and we’re going to eat road snacks for dinner. I was going to the car, and in the lobby ran into the delivery guy. I showed him my room key card and let him know the food he had was for me. I showed great restraint, but to be fair, I was probably just fatigued from lack of sustenance. So, that was the lousy service then. On to the food! The Napoli salad was fine. It was a salad. There was supposed to be penne pasta on it, according to the menu, and there wasn’t. There was some pita bread though, and an additional item that was described to me as a «flat cracker thing, like pita bread, but crispy and hot.» It was apparently pretty good. The pizza was leathery. Turns out that they thought, hell, just because we screwed up this order and waited all this time, the food is still good! They took my original pizza that they tried to deliver to someone else and then took back to the shop where it sat around a while and just ran it through the oven again. It was overdone, tough, cheese was not the least bit melty or stringy. It was a little gross, and made worse knowing that it was old food they couldn’t be bothered to re-make after having screwed up once. This whole«just give them the shit we didn’t deliver last time» strategy did explain why there was no ice in the iced tea though, and it tasted so watered down. And the crème brûlée…one of my favorite desserts. I wish I hadn’t ordered it. It made me sad for all crème brûlée kind. It seems that fate conspired against it. For one thing, presentation counts in a crème brûlée. But, unable to find cheap class ramekin or whatever, even at the price they charge, when one orders a crème brûlée to be delivered this means you are ordering a crème brûlée to be sort of scraped into a plastic bowl with a lid. There it spent the two-hour delay waiting, losing the balance of a chilled custard with a hot caramelized crust to become room temperature all over, and begun to separate. Looked like what you might find if pigeons developed outhouse technology. Tasted like vanilla jello pudding poured over 4 blackberries. Only found a little of the crust, which, having been poured into the plastic bowl, mostly collected into these two half-caramel lumps. Didn’t bother finishing it. All told, I wish the entire experience with this place never happened, and cannot forget it soon enough.

After walking in with a toddler, and asking for a high chair. We never saw it. Never got served any water. After 10 minutes of being ignored we left. NOT the first time service was that bad. Garlic fries was the only thing bringing us in. However, we are done for good. Tried Eagle location, something worse happened there.

Food was horrible and the server got the check wrong twice. She didn’t give us the happy hour price even after I mentioned it to her. She was nice but seemed clueless about the menu. I ordered my kids meals right away and they still came out with the rest of the food. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak, Hardly any peppers and the meat tasted off. My fires were overcooked and cold. Overall not a good experience!

So it’s been a long time since I last visited a Smoky Mountain. I was craving the turkey, tomato, basil on fococcia. Turns out that is no longer on the menu. Bummer. I settled for the French dip and my husband had the pastrami sandwich. We got it to go and took it home. I opened the box and the bread looked amazing but where was the beef? There was so little meat on both of our sandwiches that all we tasted was bread. Now the bread was good but we didn’t order bread. So it was very disappointing. We weren’t impressed enough to pay $ 10 for bread and a small side of meat again.

This place is a delicious little gem in Idaho. The staff is friendly and the dishes are spot on. I ordered the Sonoma chicken and was very pleased. We will definitely be back.

Really great pizza and garlic bread and a very attentive server. Nice seating on the patio too, not in the sun. It was a really good experience we’ll be back for sure.

The service is good. The food is not that great I’ve had better Italian food at corporate Italian restaurants. The only reason I ate my food was because I was starving after a long day of flying.

I have found gluten free items at this restaurant making in possible to enjoy eating out again Talia at this restaurant makes you feel like you really belong when you walk in. Some places«home town» you meaning that if they don’t know you, you are not treated well. Not with this person. Will return many times

This place is awesome! We had a large party and they put us where we could all chat away. The white pizza is incredible and you can get practically anything gluten-free! Talia was our server and she is the BOMB! She is sweet, personable and everyone had a great time because her attentive service was so spot on. I think that for a group of 10 people it truly doesn’t get any better than this!

Bummer! Another bad experience with Smoky Mountain. They have great food, especially their pizza — but stick with delivery or takeout. The customer service was horrible — we brought in a big group for a kid’s pizza party — they gave us one server — we pre-ordered the pizza for the boys and then tried to order off the menu for parents and siblings. The boys were done and the poor server was still trying to take orders when the boys were done — I asked if maybe someone could help and the manager made me feel like a criminal — said she was the only other server and the restaurant was full — uhh — it was not full! She snapped and me and said that she did not realize that parents and sibs were going to order off the menu? What would we do? If someone would have told us it was going to be an issue with service, we would have ordered a pizza bar. The parent that made the reservation DID tell the person who took the reservation that the everyone else would be ordering off the menu. Plus, restaurants usually want to make make money? The manager also was snotty to our coach who wanted to leave quickly to go and watch his daughter at another sporting event. He tried to order an appetizer and a drink at the bar and the manager refused. I think we were all ok with the situation until the staff was rude to us. And, there needs to be better planning. I write few negative reviews and two have gone to SMP in the last two months. No more SMP for us!

Gluten free options. Nice place. I’ll go back again for sure. They don’t seem to deliver to my area, so if I need a pizza fix, I have 3 – 4 places to choose from within 5 miles. They have pinball and video games. Fun while you wait, or send the kids to play while you talk with your spouse. Had problems with their WiFi connection(s). They got it fixed by the time we were leaving an hour later. Solution was to turn it off and back on. Servers were nice and professional. It never is busy in there when I’ve gone — I am told that during the summer they are busy with youth sports teams celebrating after their games.

Positive — great service, open until 10 Negative — I love it cold but this place was freezing. I remember when I lived in Idaho, smoky mountain was the best but now it has gone down hill. Our party ordered a half santa fe and half thai. Both varieties were terrible. We used to love the Thai. The crust was super thin and limp(no crunch). I will not be back. We had some leftovers and I ended up throwing it out(I usually love pizza leftovers).
