Had a semi-​emergency in the form of a frozen leaking outside hose bib on a Sunday afternoon. Called and they said they would call their technician to see if he had the parts and time to fit me in. It had been a very long and cold streak of weather so there must have been broken pipes all over the valley but about an hour later the tech shows up and immediately gets to work diagnosing the problem. He was so very polite and knowledgable. He had the parts and with a little help from me to save him a third round trip under the house he was able to fix the problem. Not only did he fix it he made it so it could easily be fixed in the future if it its needed.
My only negative was perhaps the communications. When I called on their dispatcher on the phone she said she would call the tech and have him call me if he could fix the issue and had time. But instead he just showed up. Not a big deal as I was home anyway. So only a minor issue. Regardless either way. I got my problem resolved in a timely manner on a day that was I sure a very busy one for them.
For the record I did call a few other services in town and they were all too busy to help me. I think these guys were like the fourth place I called and they were able to work me in.
