Initially went to Anderson’s Auto Center to get my coolant checked and changed. Randy found that my coolant was basically just water! He changed/flushed my coolant system for less than $ 100. He also noticed that my clutch probably needed to be replaced(I had thought that that was probably the case, but had done nothing). I did take his recommendation and had him replace the clutch. Because of the workload at Anderson’s, he found it would take more than one day, so he offered me a loaner to use until the work could be completed. I do not know of any other shops that would have done that. The work was done for a very reasonable price, and I certainly would return to Anderson’s for future repairs and maintenance of my truck.

This is the place to go! I brought my car in to have my brake pads replaced. They did a superior job and did a diagnostics on my car to see what else needed to be fixed. Of course most places do this, but many mechanics will also tell you that the inspected parts needs to be replaced as soon as possible and pile on horror stories of what could happen if the parts are not replaced right away, especially to a young female like myself. Randy guided me through the repairs that were needed on my car, numbered them by priority of what needed to be fixed first, second, third, etc. and answered all my questions patiently; not one time did he pressure me into more services. I like how it is just him and his other mechanic working on the cars. I am able to have an interpersonal relationship with my mechanic and know who is working on my car without having to go through 3,4,5 guys just to get an answer. Communication, Honesty, efficiency, flexibility and cost effectiveness Are what i look for in a mechanic. Randy, with 20+ years of experience, displays all of these qualities at Anderson auto. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!
