Positive: clean, nice housekeeping, free wifi Negative: inhospitable front desk, LOTS of little things(broken tile, messed up carpet, sub-par waffle maker, smelled of smoke, uncomfortable bed, etc.) Not worth it for $ 90+ a night. Only stayed here because the Comfort Inn nearby was full.

This place is a total disappointment. The room was dimly lit. Only one small overhead light in our double room. It smelled stale and even though our room was non smoking, cigarette odor was VERY apparent. It was dirty. There were water marks and stains on the furniture. The bathroom had cracks in the tub and floor around the tub. It was loud. I didn’t feel safe, therefore my stay wasn’t restful. The water was hot, the AC worked great, and I hope to God they bleach the sheets. The front desk lady wasn’t friendly. I will NOT be staying here again.

I selected this hotel on price,(About ½ the cost of other venues in the area) and believe the property is acceptable. The room was adequate but somewhat out of date. The staff was friendly and the property is conveniently located off the major highway. I took the money I saved on the room and took my wife out to dinner with it when I returned home. Wireless Internet performance was average bordering on slow at times but I was able to get my work done. Not sure if I would stay at this property again, but it worked out well.

This was a pretty nice place to stay, considering that it was a bit more expensive than the other places that we have stayed in Meridian. The room is well-lit and the use of mirrors seems to make the room feel bigger than it really is. There is the standard fare, wi-fi, continental breakfast, and the bathroom was well stocked. Overall the room was very clean and there is a nice closet unit to hang up your clothes. Unfortunately, there was a problem at check-in where I somehow reserved a smoking room, and the friendly attendant at the front desk promptly switched us to a non-smoking room. The unfortunate thing was the phone calls we got at 11:45 pm and 7 am saying that the front desk showed that this room that we were in was empty according to the computer. That on top of the crying baby somewhere in the building ensured that I did not get as good of a night’s sleep that I would have expected from a $ 90 night hotel stay. Also, the internet would randomly drop me once I did get up in the morning. Overall, this stay would have merited a four star rating from me. The hotel itself was in great shape, but the interruption of my sleep and the staff’s failure to stock the breakfast bar after 8 am pull this hotel stay down to a three star stay.
