Well last time I ever shop for my wife or my staff at any Lulu lemon. Bought extra at Christmas for her and extra sizes, at the full price might I add, so she could for sure have the right size. Unfortunately we find out they have been «updating» their return policy. It is only 2 weeks to return any item! We are only one week past the deadline. Needless to say we are stuck with extra sizes of the same über-​expensive items that we cannot use and cannot return at all!!! Not even for a discount.
So this is me saying Adiós To the corporation of snotty nosed Lulu lemon policies and un-​bending retail workers. IMHO you are never so lofty that you can color outside the normal lines of society with alacrity and not pay the consequences of offending your clientele.
I nearby pledge to never shop again at lulu lemon and to disparage those who shop there or wear their clothing.

Ive been buying Lululemon items for many many years. I know I have enough Lululemon workout outfits to last me a month without doing any laundry! That’s how much I love Lululemon items! They stand by their products. Sure it’s expensive but it’s worth it. They also offer free alterations if you need them whether you buy it from their store or from online. My husband even loves all of the workout tank tops that I pick for him. Keep up the good work!

I had some hemming issues with some pants and had to make 3 trips to the store (I was residing in payette) Becca went above and beyond with her professionalism and helping me out with my frustrations. Great customer service!

This store is one of the best I’ve been to nationwide… Huge store, a ton of options. Check it out if your in the area. Will not disappoint !

If you can afford it, make the move for some LuluLemon attire. It is well made and classy as hell. Make sure the underwear fits you right! If can sometimes run big and not great for long runs it it isn’t snug.
