Food is okay. But as soon you call to place an order and you tell them what your food should contain and what it shouldn’t, that becomes a big deal and customer gets to hear them curse in their abusive turkish language thinking the person on the phone wouldn’t understand and that makes it okay for them to do so. All their workers should fix their attitudes and charge one price. Guy with long hair and beard thinks he’s doing the customer a favor by taking their orders on the phone, followed by long breaths sighs and heavy breathing shitty tone and turkish curses under their sneaky breaths. Think twice before ordering there are a lot of other places with people who will give you more respect when you place an order.

My review is mainly for the buffalo wings, yes, the wings here are GREAT. I was shocked, as it looks like a place where they’d sell frozen ‘Tyson’ type crap… But NO, the real deal, and real Tabasco-​I can taste it. (blue cheese dressing pre-​packaged though)
Also like the spinach pie and Greek salad-​just make sure they pack up them up separately-​the pie will get soggy if not.

These people are too stupid to take my order. I will not be trying them again, no matter how good people say their food is. Such shoddy customer service and a lack of knowledge of their own menu is inexcusable.

Pizza Heaven is really great pizza, that is if you can get past the crappy customer service when you call. Meatlovers and Four Cheese Pizza is phenomenal.

Pizza Heaven is my go to place in Meriden. I’m a fan of the barbecue chicken pizza — they use breaded and fried chicken on it, which really adds something beyond what everyone else does.
I can’t comment on the building itself, because I’ve never been there. I’ve only ordered it for delivery, which has always come in the expected amount of time. They’re not super-​fast or anything, but I have no complaints.

Other than it being on the «wrong side of the tracks» of Meriden… in a sketchy neighborhood… and its lack of dine-​in… this place is awesome! Some of the best pizza I have ever tasted and get sides as well! Would be nice if it moved to a better part of town like I said that is my only complaint.

Pizza heaven has okay pizza. My brother really likes it, so I eat it more often than I’d like. It’s better than empire and Bella Luna but they use really cheap, generic products and the food can be inconstant. It’s nothing special.

They should Rename it PIZZA HELL. Ordered fish and shrimp everything was burnt. Ordered a steak grinder salty took a bite and tossed it out. I give this place a big F!
