Gonna continue to give this company 2 stars because after two years I got this poorly written response back from the owner. Word of advice, I have a food safety management license, and I was concerned that you took back the pizza with no explanation. I was happy to give it back because I’m not dishonest, but I was concerned that you would try to sell it to someone else, and also your customer service is horrible. At no time did you reimburse me, nor would I have asked you to. Your employees were quite rude when I called and asked for the more expensive pizza to be brought that I paid for. Also, Unilocal is a place to post honest reviews, so I’m not changing mine. By-the-way, it wasn’t the first time we got pizza from you; this experience was just kind of the straw that broke the camel’s back. Writing a condescending response to me two years after this review was posted, shows you really care about what your customers think… The owners response to my original review: Pizza E: Hey, just saw your comment about the pizza place. Sorry you had to go through that but I want to get something straight here. First of all we have never sold any Greek pizza before, we specialize in Italian pizza. Second, the reason why we took back the food is because we get calls from people all the time, that want to make changes to their order after they receive it and claim that its not what they ordered. When that happens we send the correct order as we take care of all of our customers, however we do not take back the wrong order and sell it back to people. We take it back because we want to prevent people from doing the same thing to take advantage of extra food. People learn from their mistakes and we had this happen to us many times. I am sorry that you got the wrong order, but we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. Not only do we send the correct order but we would even reimburse our customers when they aren’t satisfied. SO please, for future references, if you cannot leave negative feedback online where so many people are easily influenced by your ONETIME bad experience with us. We have been in Meriden for 11 years now, and we barely have negative feedback. There is always solutions to problems and this is really not the way. Thank you…

Fast delivery, delicious pizza. The crust isn’t too thin or hard and it’s really cheesy. I definitely intend to purchase from here again. Also, the prices are really good and you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck.

I’ve ordered take out from here a few times now, and the quality of their food is quite poor. Ingredients were cheap, tended to be quit salty(except for their calzones, which seem entirely unseasoned), and the overall preparation was flawed. Cheese fries with bacon, for example, had a mass of bacon bits resting loose under a layer of cheese. It just resulted in a big mess. The last time I ordered from here, both my girl and I became rather sick to our stomachs. I doubt we will be ordering from them again.
