Great service! When you call this business you speak to an owner not a call center yahoo that only knows how to read a script.
The 1^st time I used Northside was 5 years ago. I ordered a mini they came to my house but my driveway (very short and very steep) was to small to maneuver the mini up. So 1 call to Renee and she had a moving truck the next morning for me.
Fast forward 5 years. I am moving again this time the mini goes perfect in my driveway. Day 1 of loading its clear I under estimated how much stuff I had and I need another. I called Renee on a Sunday and she returned my call! She had a resolution and had another mini here in 48 hours.
I will never go anywhere for my moves again. Hands down the best service of any company that has anything to do with moving.
