Best pizza place in Meriden. Always great service and friendly people. The owner is awesome and such a kind man. I will always recommend them to anyone. Pizza is great, calzones are amazing, and grinders are perfection.

Pretty good sized slices, but the pizza itself is average (I’m no connoisseur, but Ive had my share of really great pizza).
The paninis are freshly made, tasty and buttery. They are what I usually go for when I order from here.
Lots of options. Nice staff. It’s probably the best place for italian food that you’ll find in this lovely area of Meriden.

One of my two «go to» places for pizza delivery in Meriden, Dante’s offers some very good pizza. Unfortunately, its their other food that knocks things down a bit for me.
Good:
Their pizza is quite tasty, and they have a good variety of specialty pizzas including a few choices you don’t see very often (Corn Pizza! Stuffed Meat Pizza! Chicken Alfredo!). The quality of their toppings is good. Their prices are also very competitive, especially if you use their coupons — most of which offer about 10% off on larger orders.
Bad:
Stay away from their hot sandwiches, unless you like tomato sauce that is so acidic you can fill batteries with it. Every time I eat their sauce on a grinder, I wish I was dead.
Other:
Their Stuffed Pizza is awesome — it’s so dense its like a meal in every slice.
