The staff is so rude here. The Starbucks on Main Street is so much better. I love the employees downtown. I wish the employees on Olive Ave would put a smile on their faces. Always so cold and unfriendly. I wish they would change their attitudes :/

This deserves no stars! I came in around 640pm on Saturday what a terrible experience. The cashier did not write out what I had asked for on my drink therefore my drink was wrong! I could have taken it back in but that was a complete waist of time… And two other people had complained about their drinks! One didn’t get what she wanted and one didn’t get hers at all… I love Starbucks but get it together

I did not have a great experience at this particular starbucks. They manage to mess up my order more than any other starbucks i have ever been to. The worst of it was when they got my order wrong on two consecutive visits. I explain that my order was wrong and i get attitude and no apology. Therefore if i have to go to this starbucks, i ask for a receipt.

Out of all the drinks that I ordered, nothing was messed up. All the employees worked with quick speed and never congested with customer. They are not that much pastry to choose from. What really bothers me the most was that I had a reward from my Starbucks gold card. I ordered the most expensive drink that I can possibly ordered and the barista told me that its still free. However once I got home, I noticed that I was charged for the drink, and my reward have been used. Just a minor mistake.

As far as Starbucks goes, this one is just OK, although they lose points for having terrible wifi (see my photo). Honestly, I came in here to use the restroom and get some work done on my computer… at least now I don’t have to go to the bathroom anymore… the coffee was fine

Awful!!! I love Starbucks I usually visit Starbucks 4 days out of the week. I decided it to stop and get a coffee for me and my friend. The employee that made my drink had really bad customer service. He practically throw the straw to me after handling my coffee. When your working on a fast pace restaurant at least try to be polite. No going back to this Starbucks.

This is my go-​to Starbucks here in Merced. The employees here are always very friendly and are always willing to start a conversation with you. I only come here for the coffee and drinks so I can’t say much regarding their pastries options. Otherwise, the drinks here are consistent, the store is kept clean; can’t say much more for a Starbucks!

So, you always know what to expect from Starbucks (drink wise)…so I won’t talk about that. The pastries here are better than most. They are from La Boulange bakery (I’ve never been to the ACTUAL bakery) and are quite tasty. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a veggie egg sandwich, hence the 3 stars instead of 4. Overall, I think this is one of the better Starbucks in Merced.

Usually one of the better Starbucks here in merced EXCEPT today. I’m not sure if the girl barista was having a bad day but she certainly made it uncomfortable to ask for the free hazelnut macchiato. I don’t complain usually but this Barista was just rude enough for me to write a review.

In Today’s busy and hectic business world, people long for a good customer service. When it’s their time to be served, whether in supermarket, restaurant or coffee shop, there is something about the pleasure and fulfillment of shopping, eating or being served a hot cup of gourmet coffee in a friendly manner by a happy person that evokes the sense of being treated as a person & not just a mere customer. Most of the baristas knows you by your first name «cheers type!» My friends and I are walking customer service liaisons. We know good customer service when we see one because we always treat people like the way we want to be treated. So what are you guys waiting for? Can we go drink a coffee? I really need one, but 1st. let me take a SELFIE!

First time back to this Starbucks location after it has been remolded.
The cashier has no smile. Speaking in mono-​tone. I did not feel welcome at all, but I needed my coffee… I guess I can take that. I ordered a Latte then I went on to wait for my drink.
The baristas (Didn’t get her name but I should of) was trying do two drinks at once but didn’t seem like she can. She poured milk allover my cup and shots was dripping from the side. Very messy cup! She then puts foam on top because is a latte. I told her «no foam please»! She gave me an unpleasant look and said «I don’t know if you don’t tell her». «I just remember now and tell you. Is that OK»? I said. She didn’t say one thing. What kind of customer service is this???
My latte was not good either. Maybe because she was trying to multitask but not capable.

Came in after doing some business with the Merced County Superior Court for Mediation.
Had my laptop with me, and had not hooked up my Starbucks card for Wi-​Fi access.
Staff not only made a great Latte, they walked me through the process and bingo, I’m writing this review.
I have found my day in Merced pleasant, nice folks.
