I’ve been here twice in the past month and received great service each time. The beer batter fries are amazing (and I don’t normally like fries). The sandwich was so good and fresh. They are a little expensive, it came out to 29.00 bucks for two of us. We ordered two sandwiches with fries and a drink, it was worth it. The sandwiches are a good size.

I first tried DD 2 years ago, in Fresno… and BAM one opens up here in Merced! Dream come true! I love with the hot pastrami sandwich… also the turkey with sprouts is excellent. Don’t forget the sweet tea ! Nice staff :)

Today was my first time going, I’ve been wanting to try it out for some time now and I gotta say I’m sure glad I did, it’s to the point where this might be my favorite sandwich place in Merced and that’s just from being there once lol happy to see a sandwich shop that serves a sandwich with sprouts.

Service is fast clean and friendly. The sandwiches are very fresh and good. Love the beer battered fries!!! First thing I finished before my sandwich. Overall, it’s not a bad place to eat at and I would come back here again but not very often because it’s expensive when compared to Subway for those who don’t have the luxury to splurge. Spent $ 28 dollar on a 6″ inch smoked turkey provolone sandwich combo with a med drink and chip and a 12″ build your own sandwich with a combo med drink and battered fries. I will definitely get the beer battered fries when I come here again. If you plan to take your family here to eat, be ready to spend a bit more than you were hoping to spend at a sandwich shop. Gave it 4 star instead of 5 was due to the price when compared to other good sandwiches shop.

I have been here a few times in Merced and I enjoyed the staff minus the lady who is apparently the «manager». I can tell the cashiers are under scrutiny and work under a stressful environment from the way she talks to them around customers and how she hovers over them. The manager needs to learn customer service herself and take classes on management skills. Over all the afternoon till closing shift has been the best service that I have received.

So my friend brought me to this new and upcoming restaurant. My first impression was that this was like a Quiznos or a nicer subway. The price is a little more expensive with my 8″ sandwich being $ 8 but the taste was definitely worth. I was happy with my food and the ability to easily customize my order. The sandwich buns are great too. I recommend the Dutch crunch or sourdough. It is much better than a subway and the service is much friendlier as well. I’m very pleased and I will come back again.

Great selection of sandwiches, they take their time and don’t slop it together like Subway. I’m willing to wait 10 min or so for a killer sandwich made right. It’s a bit pricey but good food is worth it.

Delicious! Great addition to Merced options for eating out :) it is a bit on the pricey side but the customer service is wonderful and the taste is amazing. I only gave it 4 stars because my fries weren’t all that great but it’s really about the sandwiches which are 10⁄10.

The food was actually good. I ordered a Philly cheese steak great tasting but very little meat and mostly bread. Also, ordered it with no olives. I didn’t say anything and when the girl brought over the rest of my order she realized it and apologized. When she went and told the cook all he did was laugh. I will go to other Deli Delicious just not to the one in Merced ever again.

Yum! Have never been disappointed! I love the combination of avocado and sprouts with turkey! Such yumminess! The restaurant has always been clean. Its a small shop and gets busy quickly during lunch. If you plan on eating there you need to either beat the lunch crowd or wait until after the lunch hour. The bathroom has always been clean… only downfall there is only one bathroom. I also like that if you dine in the sandwhich is brought to your table. Delicious and fresh veggies!!!

I’m in HEAVEN! watch out Subway & Port of Subs! FRIES W/​YOUR SANDWICH! ! AWESOME! And they’re amazingly delicious, beer battered and regular fries. Tip for 1st time mom’s here w/​their kids: if you’re planning on getting them fries, it’s it’s own big basket of fries which will easily share w/2−3 people. I thought they would put the fries in with your sandwich basket, nope.

This place is amazing! The sub itself is AMAZING. The toasty-​ness is perfects perfect amount of stuff inside. The sandwich is better without chips! And I love to eat chips with my sandwiches. I really hope this place keeps up the great customer service and the great sandwich making because Merced needed this place.
I recommend this place to anyone!

Just picked up our call in order for 5 meals. All sandwiches and fries were marked with the owner’s name on it.
Fries were hot and crispy. We received ranch and ketchup with each fry order.
Sandwiches were super tasty. Toasted bread, just enough meat. Not too much, not skimpy.
AND, they deliver for over $ 30, which is good to know for the next time!
We’ll be back.

The service here deserves an applaude. Brought the kids in for dinner. Everyone enjoyed their sandwiches and fries. After we got our food, they came around twice checking in on us and how we were doing. Not the kind of service you would expect which is why they stand out. You can create your sandwich or try the hot pastrami on lettuce with all the fixings. Yummy. Thank you for an unforgettable first impression.

I don’t even know where to begin. As a person who specializes in deli subs, this place is way better than most popular chain sub places. The location is so BRIGHT and attractive! The service was friendly, LOTS of menu options and the two young ladies working today were so sweet! I took my order to go and they packaged it up so nicely! Best part though, CURLY FRIES. Best curly fries EVER. I was sad I opted out for Deli Delicious instead of Jack in the Box because curly fries but I lost my mind when I saw DD has them too! And way better! 10⁄10 would recommend! Thank you for replacing the sad place that was there before. You’ve won my heart, DD!
