My boyfriend sent me the most adorable floral arrangement this year. A puppy made from carnations, so cute! And I must say they lasted forever! He normally orders pricey roses through another shop, but they don’t last through the week. So I was very pleased with this purchase.

My mother’s birthday came up, being that I’m in Los Angeles and she’s in Merced, I had to find a good florist out there, we’ll I did! Merced Floral met my expectations and exceeded them! I called in the order a day before and Trish the owner answered the phone! She had excellent customer service skills. I also appreciate that she takes the time to take a picture of her floral arrangements, this helped me Alot! She was also kind enough to send me a picture of my mother’s floral arrangement before she delivered it! I will definitely use her service again!

I live out of town and needed to send flowers to Mercy Medical center. I looked online and went with Merced Floral and I’m glad I did! I went with a flower/​plant in a basket arrangement and I was very pleased. I had an issue on my end with the patient name and Trish called me and had the order delivered within a few hours of my order. So great customer service and a beautiful arrangement! I will use them again when I need flowers in this area.

The flowers she sent to my cousin for her birthday were beautiful. I did have a slight problem with my order request processing when going through a 3rd party (FTD) but the owner resolved it quickly and was helpful and very friendly. Customer service is a big deal to me because it is lacking these days.
This is the place I will go to next time I need flowers in Merced.

I have order flowers a couple times from Merced Floral and they have turned out so beautiful. I called Trish and spoke with her explained what I was looking for and her creations are so breath taking and perfect!!! I will definitely recommend this flower store for every occasion!
Don’t waste your time ordering online, paying extra fees and not getting your moneys worth. Call the shop you will not be disappointed!!!

Merced Floral is awesome. I sent my girlfriend roses from here via online ordering. I never got a chance to actually see them, and was hoping that they would be beautiful enough to make her smile.
Within a few hours of ordering them early morning, she texted me and told me they made her day. I was happy that she was happy as we live 2 hours away.
And a few days later, when I went to visit her, I saw the arrangement they made of the roses and they were awesome.
This is definitely a good place to purchase from.
My only inquiry would be to inform the customer when the flowers have been delivered so we are not wondering. Other than that, everything else is good.

I went to Savemart to get my mom some flowers for her birthday but they all looked like they were about to die and the decent looking ones were $ 22 – 60! So I Unilocaled flowers and found this AMAZING place. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely keep buying flowers from Merced Floral, I just wish I would’ve known about this place sooner!

absolutely a fabulous florist. I had to phone an order in for a family member. I requested a standing spray with some modifications in flower type and color. Given the requested changes, I voiced concern about the appearance of the fullness. I believe (Jennifer) the person that assisted me assured me she would make it beautiful. That she did. The beautiful spray was a stand out. I really appreciate the time and attention to detail. I will order all of my floral needs from this florist.

My wedding in October went off without a hitch, largely due to the efforts and quality delivered by Merced Floral. Trish and her staff created arrangements that I loved. I am still getting compliments on them. They came the night before the wedding to decorate my arbor, and delivered corsages and arrangements the morning of. Beautiful, creative arrangements! Love it!
