While finalizing our transaction, we had so much fun just talking with Terri… I think I might just stop by every now and then to say hello!

Buying a new bed can be a nightmare for many people but that will not happen here. This is the best mattress store I have ever walked into. The service that Terri provides, from the minute I walk in until after the bed is delivered is absolutely phenomenal. Upon entering the store she greets customers as friends and gives her undivided attention to ensure the best purchase. She is very thorough in her explanation of what types of beds are best for individual bodies and problem areas. Terri is very patient and compassionate as she understands the struggle of choosing the perfect bed. She does not stop until she is assured 100% satisfaction for the customer with the bed they decide on.
Terri confirms delivery day with guarantee of a phone call the day before. The delivery service has always arrived within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour time block. They also are very friendly, professional and efficient with setting up and taking away beds. If for any reason a bed needs to be returned, Terri does not skip a beat in figuring out where the problem was and which bed will fix the issue.
I just purchased my 5^th bed — for myself, my guest rooms as well as bringing in family members into this store. Terri has always been spot on with meeting our needs.

I was on the hunt for a new mattress and box spring for the guest bedroom. So I was looking for a reasonably good mattress at a good price. I had been to a couple of other local stores and decided to stop by Mattress Land on the way home. A GREAT decision, Terri welcomed me as soon as I walked in the store, and she knew exactly what I was looking for. She showed me a range of mattresses and as we talked she helped me select a mattress that is very comfortable, lots of support and reasonably priced.
I could have saved a lot of time by just going here first It was nice to work with a knowledgeable, personable, friendly sales representative. She promised deliver on the following Monday, with a call on Sunday to let me know when they would be there. Sunday I got the call saying they would be there between noon and two. Monday at 12:15 they arrived swapped out the old mattress and put the new one in place, very friendly and professional.
A great shopping experience and now just waiting for company to arrive for the holidays and enjoy the new bed. Thanks to you Terri and your whole team.

My husband and I were instantly welcomed by Terri, her vivacious personality is so fun and disarming, it felt like we were chatting with a friend. My husband and I were trying to purchase our 3 year old daughters first mattress and were very disappointed with our whole experience trying to do this through SAMs Club.
Then we decided to try this Mattress Land Sleep Fit Store. We called and spoke with the manager Terri over the phone and then went in to look at the mattresses in person and were extremely happy with her help, knowledge, and friendliness. Terri was fantastic. We visited every mattress store in town and was basically told to lay on the mattress and decide which was best. Terri talked to us for some time to determine the appropriate mattress. No one sent the time to discuss way mattress weren’t working for us, why my wife and I hurt on our current mattress, and how we both had different needs.
It’s funny how I was going to buy a more expensive temper-​pedic but she was committed to selling us a less expensive one that would work for us.

My girlfriend and I had been searching for a new mattress for a few weeks now and we were pretty dissapointed with the selection and customer service that most of the local stores have. That is until we found mattress land. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by the very enthusiastic and charismatic manager Terri. We briefly explained what we were looking for when she recommended starting with their diognostic machine. It was a great way to see what would be a good mattress for you and made the process of choosing one much less complicated. The models in store were very clean as well which is something we did not find at larger department stores. Terri was very respectful of our price range and gave us amazing customer service throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

The best customer service I have ever experienced any where! Terri, the Store Manager is truly an amazing person. She made me feel very comfortable and was so knowledgeable of the merchandise. I left the store with everything I wanted and more. I left with a smile on my face and my complete bed set will be delivered tomorrow. If you are thinking about going anywhere else, stop and go to Mattress Land, you will not be disappointed.

Just bought a mattress from here. They were very helpful and gave me more than enough information to help me with my decision making. The store is out of the way for me but definitely worth the drive. The employees were kind, courteous and knowledgable and let me make my decision in a stress free environment. It was great! If you need a mattress this is the place to go.
