Bernies has a great selection of everything. It is a liquor store, which is not something I tend to get excited about. It looks like every other store of it’s kind: ugly exterior, loud motion sensor bell when you enter, and low aisles of food and snacks. But you really can find pretty much everything you’d need on the road here. They carry tons of cereal options, candy, medicine, and aisles of alcohol of all types: even craft beers. The people who work here are professional and courteous.

The best liquor store I’ve ever been in! Too bad it’s way out in Merced. Bernie’s liquor has every single type of alcohol made! They have everything from high-end champagne, cognac, wines(import & domestic), beers(import & domestic) down to Boone’s Farm, Cold Duck, MD-20/20 and all in between. There is not a single kind of booze not sold in this store. Best of all, their prices are fantastic, service is very friendly and hours are decent. I just wish they were here in San Francisco! To the good people at Bernie’s liquor, keep up the good work! :)
