I am giving this location 1 star because zero is not an option. I stopped in on Friday morning placed my order. When I got home 30 minutes later, not a single thing was right. I ordered 4 bagels and not one of them were right. The service here SUCKS including the @ssh0≠ management. I will never go back.

I have been here several times as it is the only one near me. Typically when I go in the service is good and speedy… but this time it was not so good. While I waited at the register these two ladies in the back were just jabbering away talking about who knows what. They looked at me and instead of helping, tucked away in the back out of sight. Now, I understand how the food service business works and am not mad they didn’t help per se, but keep out of sight of the general public if you are not working. Otherwise, the gentlemen who did help was nice and while not as quick as I had come to expect it was still not a horrible experience. I will go back… but I hope they fix these small items.

My coworker and got breakfast here. I got a 9-​Grain bagel with veggie cream cheese. Not that I needed it, but, there was a THIN layer of cream cheese on it. Hardly anything. My coworker got a bagel sandwich and it was so gross she tossed it after taking a couple bites. Last time I went here I got a thintastic bagel and asked for it to be toasted and it was barely warm and pretty disgusting. There are other, better quality bagel places around – go there.

Quick, affordable, DELISH, and lots to choose from, Einstein’s bagels make for a fulfilling start to a hectic day. I’ve used them for catering on several occasions, too. Ordering is easy, dependable, and the food is packaged in a way that is professional and presentable. What I really appreciate is they move the line along very quickly in the morning. This always helps especially if you’re running behind in the morning, yet still need to grab breakfast. Love their sausage and egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. Staff is efficient and work hard to make sure you’re happy. Easy in and out from the Mequon Pavilion with private lot parking– plus, it’s right off 43 and North Port Washington Rd.

This place brings back memories of my high school days working as a baker at this location for 3 years. After 10 years of not going back, I finally caved in and went for breakfast with a co-​worker before work the other week.
CJ, the manager, is amazing. He knows everyone’s name that is there, recommends great options, and overall super positive, and great guy to chat with when you are there.
The general set up looks like the rest of the Einsteins that are out there yet it is the staff that makes this place shine. They are really attentive, come around and ask how your sandwich or bagel are, and generally care.
Definitely stop in for an amazing breakfast sandwich.

:) Einstein Bros Bagels always conveniently located. I like this location its big and bright and close to I43. Also, hello generous with your bottomless cup coffee! it may not be the best coffee in the world but its bottomless and its not the worst. :) I’ll be back next time im in the area doing my pet shopping at The Feedbag right down the street.

I like this place. I used to go to the grocery store, buy all the bagel goodies and take it home to prepare for everyone. Not only is it easier, but they actually do a good job with all that goes into a bagel sandwich. The place was clean and staff patient for the early Sunday riser! I also like the coupons and the bagel club for free stuff. Two bagel sandwiches, one with cream cheese about 15.00.
