Fast friendly help. Good prices. Ask for John-Paul, he was great with helping me find some shoes and belts. I was in and out in no time.

I spent a considerable amount of time browsing the Men’s Warehouse website prior to making a stop to get a new suit. I had the brand and color of the suit all picked out and thought my shopping experience would be painless. I also had a list of all the accessories I needed. Being a scout in my youth taught me to be prepared… it’s a lesson I’ll never forget. I told the salesperson the brand and color of the suit that I had found online. Everything seemed way too easy at this point. The service I received was incredible. The presentation of dress shirts and ties to accompany my suit was also greatly appreciated. Then, the sales pitch came and I just wasn’t in the mood. I already had a new pair of dress shoes and no intentions of buying another… the sales associate made three attempts to sell me shoes and I started to get a little irritated. I realize he was doing his job, but when the focus veers from what I asked to be shown to something I told him I didn’t need, there’s an issue. When I checked out, the price of the suit I found online had increased over $ 100. The ties I found online had increased by $ 30. The dress shirts by $ 20. I wanted to say the hell with the purchase, but the wedding I’m attending was only two short weekends away. Got home and cooled off before deciding to post a rant on Unilocal!Last night, I decided to wash my new dress shirts and thank God I decided to try them on because either I lost 100 pounds since last weekend when I made the purchase or the sales associate’s measuring tape and size choice were for someone else. This morning, I brought the shirt I plan to wear to the wedding to a tailor. I’ve decided to write of Men’s Wearhouse after this experience and would suggest you do the same.

You really can’t go wrong with Men’s Wearhouse for tuxes especially for weddings. For our wedding, we had to outfit our bridal party as well as male family members. We chose Men’s Wearhouse because my brother did his wedding tuxes there 4 years ago and looked amazing. About six weeks before the wedding, we came in to pick out styles and register our bridal party. We received excellent customer service from the employee who helped us pick out styles. We chose a black checked vest and accouturements for the bridal party and family members. No matchy, matchy business here. My husband wore a matching ivory checked vest with an ivory shirt. It took us about an hour or so to register our party with their various needs(full tuxes or parts of tuxes). Two days before the wedding, the bridal party men and other family members picked up their tuxes. They only had one alteration to do, but it was manageable in the timeframe. For the wedding, the guys looked fantastic! Working with Men’s Warehouse especially the Mequon location was great. We had no big problems or drama arise in the process. They were also understanding when my husband’s bowtie was returned without the tux. They said it’s a common occurence. All in all, Mequon’s Men’s Warehouse is a great location with a friendly, helpful staff and a wide selection of tux choices.
