That facial experience sounds horrible and scary. I had a massage here though, and it was great. Michelle was my therapist, and she was really nice and professional and the massage was perfect. I would absolutely go back.

It’s a scam from the beginning. I think esthicians should look the part. You know, they engage in a line of business that caters to making people look good. So they in turn should look good, not like they just woke up and rolled out of bed.
I originally booked an appointment here because I had heard that Marina is the «best» for waxing in Menlo Park. Hmmm, the best, can’t be bad, can it? Oh yes it can.
I went in for a face and eyebrow wax and she proceeded to rip off nearly all the skin on my cheeks. I had to walk around for a week looking scarred and burned. When I brought this to her attention, she blamed it on me, saying I was late for my appt and that she was rushed. For the record, I was on time, I parked my car in front of her shop and asked about the 2 hour parking sign posted on the street. She mentioned that they had parking behind their building, which I didn’t know, and suggested I park back there. So the what — five minutes — it took me to move my car caused her to be stressed and screw up my face? I don’t think so.
