Most of the the lunch options are greasy/fatty, poor staff looks like they hate their lives. I really disliked how oily the food was. Seniors at MS don’t eat here, this café is for poor analysts and associates — and it shows.

In the land of the Maserati and $ 18 burgers(I’m looking at you Rosewood Bar), this café is a welcome dose of sanity. It takes some effort to find(basically turn into the area where the Rosewood is, make a U-turn and go on the little frontage road running parallel to and above Sand Hill until you arrive at Morgan Stanley), but it’s worth finding for the tasty food at(very) reasonable prices. The menu varies daily and includes a soup of the day, salad of the day, chef’s special and a budget special(for around $ 6). There’s also a salad bar and a place where you can order grilled cheese and burgers. The best part? Nothing costs more than about $ 7! I opted for the salad special, which had fresh spinach, delicious grilled chicken, onions, hard boiled eggs and parmesan cheese. If you’re looking for a variety of lunch options without breaking the bank on Sand Hill, this is the place to go. Maybe with the money I’m saving on lunch, I can put it toward someday getting a shiny new Maserati myself… lol
