Awesome food reasonably priced! Dropped by for a lunch meeting got the chicken chipotle penne and the flank chimmichurri. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pros: They’re super nice, they thought of everything, food is great.
Cons: Pretty expensive.
Setting up a projector and screen is an extra $ 250+. If I knew, I would have brought our own. Learn something new every day. :)

Huge windows. Amazing patio and view. It’s a very affordable wedding venue and located on Sand Hill Road near Sharon Heights. There are minor drawbacks including a pathway with huge rocks on the side. Second, there are several similar buildings within the complex making the facility look generic in a townhouse sort of way.
To find it, do not turn into the first parking lot on the right. Instead, continue driving up towards the purple traffic circle with a flag in the middle.

My firm uses Quadrus daily for lunches, events and parties all the time! You can not get more professional than this team of outstanding people! These people are so great that I actually consider them my friends!
While I’m raving, I should probably mention that the food is always amazing too! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Beautiful conference, area, impressed by the food and service!

So I was here again yesterday hosting a corporate event. I have to say the Team has pulled through this time and made the whole experience fun and wonderful for all. I had some last minute changes on the menu for our cocktail reception and all of them were met with no questions asked. I was really impressed with how quickly and how easy they made it all happen. A few things to point out are 1) the parking was a bit tricky as there is some construction going on. They do have someone directing traffic so that should’nt be too much of an issue for as long as you don’t mind the short hike to the main building. 2) They have a brand spanking new deck with a stunning view of the Peninsula which is really the highlight of this venue. With the way things were handled yesterday, I will definitely be back. I love it when things come together nicely.

I attended a good friend’s wedding here over the weekend and this venue is beautiful. The banquet room has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and a light and airy feel. The walls are adorned with vivid artwork, which is an added plus. I think what I enjoyed the most is the spacious deck, where there is a very pretty view and an overall rustic feel. The food was awesome, the wait staff attentive, and I must say that our event planner, Dinah, was the absolute best! She was helpful, courteous, and definitely knows what she is doing! I highly recommend this gorgeous, hidden gem to anyone seeking a memorable venue for a special occasion.

Had my wedding here two years ago, great location, excellent service and a great staff made this one of the best venues to have the event. I am surprised more people do not go to this place for events! A few minutes from 280 too make this a simple place to get to for all that come!

We had our wedding at Quadrus and it was everything we had hoped for. We are foodies, and I have to say that the food was awesome: some of the best wedding food we have ever eaten! Dinah, the site coordinator, was fabulous. She stayed calm through the entire planning process, dealing with us and our families and the vendors. The site was beautiful. They only book one event per day, so we were able to come in early and set up and get ready on site. We couldn’t have hoped for better! If you are planning a wedding for under 200 guests, this is a great location with a great view and a great value.

Just had our wedding at the Quadrus. All I can say is wow. I was a bit hesitant to have our wedding here, but my fiancé could see the full picture while I could not. Our guests are still raving about the place, from the location, the food, views, the space, the food, the views. Dinah, our contact at Quadrus, I cannot say enough about her, she was so patient with us. Such personal service is priceless. I hope my humble review allows other brides and grooms to give this place a try.

Although my office is no longer near Quadrus, I would be ordering catering from them in a minute if I could. As I was in the area today, I stopped by to make sure it was as good as I remember. And yes, it met the test. The guacamole is outstanding… somehow mine NEVER tastes this good. I think I will have to a) find a reason to have a meeting there or nearby soon or b) find more excuses to get to Menlo Park.

I organized an event here without knowing what Quadrus was or even realizing it was on Sand Hill Road. You know, I fell in love with the location and I really woke up and understood what event planning is all about. The managers know their stuff. They actually didn’t tell me anything, I just learned by watching them.
Quadrus’ managers have a clear understanding of the Venture Capital community and Palo Alto, which is really both a global, diverse place as well as a community with real social fabric where relationships matter in a good way. It’s such a strange place with its own customs and values that a lot of people never get that. In a world where there’s a new disruptive technology coming out every day and it’s very difficult to see what’s going to be the real next big thing and what’s a sham, integrity and relationships are crucial. It’s also a place where it doesn’t take a million years to establish good relationships. There’s a cool, idealistic meritocracy that people might dismiss, but I’ve been around a lot of places, it’s there.
Well what does that have to do with Quadrus? This is a convenient location, and good conference center planners know exactly what a board or gala party would need to be successful. It’s very hard to put into words, but having the right kind of podium and understanding what kinds of food people would eat is really important.
We used a beautiful room with an incredible verandah hung over with a gorgeous tree. Everything was impeccable. The food was great, the staff cool… What can I say, I like this place so much I’m even going back to check out the art.
And yes, they do have an incredible art collection! I think it’s part of the Anderson collection. I had the great pleasure to enjoy the evening between two David Hockney paintings with wonderful California themes Really wonderful conversation pieces! I love the interior – it was elegant but not garish, simple and clean.
The people that work here really know their stuff. Any potentially stressful board meeting or large event could be held here with the knowledge that if you’re about to fall, they’ll pick you up without you even realizing it until several weeks later.

Quadrus’ conference facilities (located in Menlo Park near Stanford) were pretty standard stuff. The facilities were quite functional and there was a lot of nature (trees) near, which gave the conference center a more pleasant and relaxing feel.
There was also some nice art on the premises too (including a David Hockney) that unfortunately many guests there did not take the time to notice and appreciate. The one negative on the facilities may be the restrooms. The restrooms were a little small and not very accommodating for meetings/​conferences of large groups.
The big plus here though would have to be their food. While the menu was standard catering-​type choices, the quality of some the food was noticeably better than your run-​of-​the-​mill catering.
The breakfast was definitely not up to the standards of the other food. Their breakfast buffet consisted of expected stuff such as scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. Nothing really stood out or made you want to come back for more. The scrambled eggs (probably not surprisingly) were the worst. Like other breakfast buffets, the scrambled eggs were quite runny.
The first lunch had standard ham and turkey sandwiches that were okay but nothing special. The lunch though had a few bright spots with some nice homemade potato chips and a pretty good Caesar salad. The cookies that came later were pretty average.
Dinner was a high point. The salad was good though the balsamic vinaigrette was a little thicker than it should have been. The bread was okay. The roasted chicken breast had a good flavor and was moist. The salmon (topped with asparagus) was also decent. The hot pasta had a nice creamy and cheesy sauce. The mashed potatoes (sans gravy) were good. The steamed vegetables were pleasant (good variety too including some nice squash and cauliflower). Another plus was that even though it was quite cold and the buffet was served outside, the food remained quite hot.
After dinner, dessert options included an apple pie (did not have) and nicely whipped chocolate pudding/​mousse served in a plastic wine glass. It was topped with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a raspberry.
The next lunch was a make-​your-​own-​salad and it was pretty good. There was a lot of selection and the ingredients were fresh. Selections included mixed greens, spinach, onions, carrots, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, kidney beans, blue cheese, gorgonzola, crisp croutons, and cold chicken breast (surprisingly tender and not too dry). There was also a good and flavorful cold pasta salad. I even went back for seconds.
Overall, Quadrus is a nice facility and pretty functional. I did not look into if they had Wi-​Fi access, which is always important these days, but it felt like Quadrus would be equipped to handle most needs. And if good catering food is important for your event, Quadrus may be worth investigating.
There are quite a few parking lots that support this facility. Parking is pretty easy to find though it can be quite easy to get turn around here (many small buildings and parking lots on site made me lose my sense of direction).

YUM-​the café is delicious! Having lunch there is always a treat and a nice break from my busy day. I’ve also had them cater events both at the office and at my home and the food and service were both WONDERFUL! They really go above and beyond to make your event special. Try their homeade potato chips!!!

I had to plan a series of all day meetings and this place worked out great! Basically the meeting rooms are a la carte and we loaded it up with whiteboards, internet, projector and phone. The catering menu is really good and diverse. I was able to get something different for each day.
Also when something was missing or wrong they quickly fixed it or replaced it.
The service was great.
