Great advice, great job, great value!
A big shoutout to Menlo Flooring & Design for the terrific job they did on the flooring for our townhome! It was a great experience from start to finish. They have a large selection of hardwoods, tile and carpet. They gave us great advice on the advantages and disadavantages of the different options for our application. Once we made our choices the work was scheduled quickly and they did a tremendous job. It looks beautiful! They were by far the easiest to deal with and their’s was the best of the four quotes we received. Thanks!

We had Menlo Floors put in hardwood in our hallway and office recently. We were looking for something that would match the existing hardwood in our living room/​kitchen area. I visited their store in Menlo Park with photos on my phone and Eugene was attentive in helping me find something that would match. I ended taking home a sample of what we thought was the best match to give us the cohesive look we wanted. My husband and I liked how the sample looked next to our existing hardwood floors so we decided to get an estimate from Menlo Flooring. It was very easy to make an appointment to have Eugene come out to take measurements and he answered all of our questions. We were emailed the quote promptly and enjoyed working with them over email. We got several estimates and Menlo Flooring was competitive but not the lowest. We decided to use Menlo Flooring because we felt they actually cared about the craftsmanship and aesthetic component, which other places lacked. The wood that arrived at our house prior to installation was much lighter than the sample but I guess that’s not unusual. The installed wood has already darkened a bit. Their installers are extremely hard workers and did their best to leave our place clean when they finished in the evenings. There were a couple of things we weren’t happy with after the installation but Eugene and Mert were able to fix the issues to our satisfaction. We really appreciated that they followed through and reached out to us to fix the issues. We would have liked the option to keep the extra hardwood that weren’t used in case we need to replace a few planks in the future, but other than that, we’re happy with our new hardwood floors.

I LOVE my new floors Thank you Eugene. Not only are my new floors gorgeous, but the customer experience that they provided exceeded my expectations. We had both engineered hardwood and carpet put into our house. I went to cal-​floors not the greatest service, I got wishy washy feelings from there sales staff. Menlo flooring was the most reasonable, but also the most professional and timely. I am writing this review, so that hopefully other people will visit and see what I experienced.

We came to Eugene for all of our floorings needs for our brand new house. He was extremely helpful and creative and wer’re thrilled with our purchase of carpet, area rugs, special order carpet, linoleum, and hardwood flooring. His prices were very competitive and his customer service was excellent. Easily one of the best experiences of our build.
