Unbelievably poor customer service. Impatient, judgmental and down right rude. These girls blatantly ignored me while they chatted. They need to be trained in how work with people with disabilities. I will not be back.

DON’T COMEHERE! I went in tonight and there is only two people working. They are soooooo slow they see there is 4 other people waiting and they are still talking to the customers about not related topics. They phone rings and rings and no one even blinks… Horrible customer service after waiting for 45 mins without an even«be right with you» no one of them said anything or even acknowledge I was there. Don’t come here!

1 hour and no service! I wanted to get a tablet which I doubt they had since I didn’t see it on display, but who knows, I didn’t get any service so I can’t confirm or deny anything. I’ve never waited that long at a t-mobile before. They didn’t seem to have must on display. My mom noted that the floor needed to be swept. And the employees seemed completely uninterested in their jobs.

Waited 30 mins &STILL didn’t get service. I would rate 0 stars if I could. CORPORATE needs to approve more staff on duty because this place seems extremely understaffed. It’s ridiculous that this store’s manager thinks that ppl are going to waste their time sitting around. UHNO, WALK-OUT. This location def isn’t getting my business & I’m sure«walk-outs» are a regular occurrence here as none of the staff seemed to give a shit about customer service.

We initially got good service, yesterday. Everyone had a «can do» attitude, but we had to get some things lined up to finish the deal. We came back today and were looking to complete the transaction, but the yes’s all turned into no’s. «No you don’t qualify for the small business discounts as a plumber sole proprietor.» Ok well we walked and are now shopping other providers. As well as other T-mobile vendors. I don’t bait and switch my customers, and I don’t respect the tactic.

Agree with the others if you are in a hurry… forget it. But they made up for it in customer service. CHRIS waved I fee I wasn’t expecting. So for that, they get a pass on the slowness of service. I’m glad t-mobile is in Menifee now. No more trips to temecula.

I couldn’t have said it better than the review below. I was so confused the 2 times I visited this store, it was so odd considering it’s a new store. You would think the customer service would be at least average. I almost canceled my service after being with t mobile for over 9 years. I had to drive all the way to Moreno Valley store to get services. Greg mentioned maybe they are working hourly and no incentives to assist because not commission based(paraphrase) but I truly believe that maybe their parents forced them to work and they don’t want to be there period. I say fire the hiring manager. This place is ridiculous and is going to cause t mobile to lose many loyal customers. I will also file a formal complaint with corporate. I’ve been to a few cellular phone stores, and this one by far was the best experience ever. Ruth was extremely helpful, and Alex, although new was doing the work of an expert. The other employees worked as a team to get me set up even with computer problems in the store. And if you don’t think Alex looks like Kiefer Sutherland from«lost boys» days, I’ll buy you lunch!
