Erika is seriously the best. After my daughter was born, I had excess curvature in my lower back which caused pretty much all the muscles in my lower body to go crazy. She would work on my when we worked out together and she knew, just by the pain I was having (and it was pretty much everywhere), what muscles needed to be targeted. She has such amazing awareness and knowledge of human musculature and how they work together to create human movement. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who needs any type of massage therapy. She is phenomenal!
