We chose Pam Hudson when looking to purchase a home in Mendocino. It took more than a year to find the right home, but she finally found a house that met our requirements. She kept an eye on the contract time-​line, prodding the lender when it was appropriate. She was present for all inspections, independent of whether the cost was buyer’s or seller’s. She arranged for a discussion with the surveyor when we were unclear on property boundaries. Even after closing, she continued to help us with remodeling prior to our move. We are delighted with our home and are grateful to Pam for going the extra mile.

I had a terrible experience if I could give Pamela Hudson a (–5) star I would. I listed my commercial building with her and it soon became clear to me that she had no idea what she was doing. So many mistakes, broken promises, imaginary offers and when confronted Pam would distract by insulting me on a personal level. Pamela would not release me from my contract even though I had lost all confidence in her ability, she wasted months of my time. I want to be clear this is my opinion of my experience. (her husband is an attorney and she uses this as a threat).
