Fabulous high-end designs, quality & customer service. I love this jewelry store. I met one of the jewelry designers today, Conni Mainne, and we spoke about a new style of earring she is designing, I asked her to email me prices, and she did so within the hour! I hope to get a pair from my husband for our 15th wedding anniversary. And I don’t want to forget to mention Devon… thank you for being so welcoming, and for giving my pooch a biscuit.:)

Over the years, I keep going back to this little shop. I own 6 pieces of jewelry made by the proprietor, Nancy Gardner. i even had her create a piece for me out of some stones and an old ring that I had. She designed a ring that was a perfect match for me and for the stones. Her training with Italian artist-jewelers shows! The other artists’ work is also of very high caliber. You will not be sorry you visited this shop, and anything you purchase will be something you always treasure.

Oh man. The unique jewelry here, particularly the pieces made by the proprietor, had me absolutely DROOLING with pure, materialistic lust. If I could have a sex change for a week just to have an excuse to wear some of this fine-art-as-jewelry, I would. Heck, if I had gobs of cash I just might’ve done so anyway. This little studio isn’t just a home for the proprietor’s art — she also showcases amazing jewelry, glasswork, and ceramics from fantastic, locally-based artists. The prices are a bit high here, but let me put it this way: If you want to plonk down several hundred bucks for a fantastic piece of jewelry or art(or fine-art-as-jewelry), do you want to do it Zales, or at an amazing local business where you can watch an artist at work, talk to her directly, and pick out unique, one-of-a-kind pieces painstakingly crafted by local people? MJS wins hands down. Visit their website if you want to see examples of the stunning work they turn out.
