Love this store. Melissa is awesome. Always has a smile and glad to see us. We’ve done our Christmas shopping there for years. Always something new, never the same old tourist type stuff. Never leave without visiting.

If you want Mendocino wear or touristy things then you’ve come to the right place! Unless I am looking for the touristy thing, I really try to avoid places like this. Of course when I am buying for others then it becomes a smörgåsbord of tchatchkies, clothing and other impractical items.
Truly this stop was only for my friend who wanted to get a Mendo sweater/​pullover and they had quite a selection. He tried on a few and then of course asked my opinion. Well I’ll be a chicken in a tar pit on a hot summer day, he found the perfect pullover after what seemed like a lifetime of searching!
The clerk who helped him was as sweet as can be and held a nice conversation with us. We talked mostly about the local conditions but it was pleasant nonetheless. I could see myself coming back but bringing yet another tourist looking for clothing.

Lots of cool knick-​knacks, sweatshirts, t-​shirts, coffee cups, etc. Total tourist heaven! And the people that work there are very nice. The prices are actually better than what I expected — a huge array of sweatshirts were on sale for $ 9.95. We were impressed with their variety and will definitely be back when we come through town.

I love this store. I go every time I am in Mendocino. I can think of 5 sweatshirts we have bought there and we will be going in a couple weeks and I want a new one. They have great prices and friendly staff. Lots to look at.

Yes its a tourist trap, but its a tourist trap with lots of cool stuff and totally unexpected low prices…
if/​when you are in Mendocino, stop by, you won’t regret it!!!

A cute store with lots of t-​shirts, if that’s what you’re looking for. They had some Life is Good brand long-​sleeve t-​shirts on sale in the rear of the store for 50% off and the recent L is G arrivals up front for $ 25 off. There are other knick-​knacks in the store reasonably priced and Vermont chocolate bars up front. A cool store to visit.

Ok, I was expecting this place to have all the same tourist trap stuff when I walked in. But I have to check it out anyways. Turns out, they actually have some nice stuff that is kinda different from everywhere else. Lots of pirate stuff for some reason. I got a redwood burl, and expected it to be $$$$ but it was like 5 bucks. and its super cute.

I LOVE LOVE this store. It is MUST destination (at least for me).
They have something for every shopaholic:
Tee shirts… many are $ 10 with attractive designs. They come in a wide variety of colors like peach, soft light blue. A large selection of tee shirts prices above $ 10.
They also have a lot of fleece ware – vests, jackets, I got my son a fleece jacket for $ 20 that was soft and thick.
PUPPETS! They have a huge selection of finger puppets, small to large stuffed animals. They have puppets with those clingy arms.
The awwwwww factor is high.
A nice selection of clothes that I like – cotton drawstring pants, SOCKS, hand knit hats (my head is too big :{ sadly) Life is Good tee-​shirts and other girly/​shabby stuff.
There is a limited selection of stuff for men.
Cool pirate maps, small bottle of pirate «gold» too.
EARRINGS – nice selection – I can’t believe I actually didn’t buy a pair.
They also have decorative stuff that I liked but I would never buy since they are so fragile — «Stained» glass pictures on stands – I loved the one with the b/​w cat.
They also have soaps and lotions, jams, etc.
They have a lot of stuff in a small space. It is neat and tidy.
A must-​see for shopaholics, Husbands and sons will not appreciate it!

Wide variety of souvenirs featuring Mendocino flagship from t-​shirts to sweaters to toys for lil kids and postcards and misc. Great pricing and lots of items on sale for 50−70% at the moment.
