This place sets a new bar for outlets, with friendly customer service and a well organized store. I only wish other outlets were this good. It seems run almost like an actual store than a place selling the rejects and unwanteds. I’ve never had trouble finding anything in here, and they have an incredible selection.

Depending on the time of year, the sales can be very aggressive. Remember! This is an «outlet» that stocks merchandise available from other merchants. You might find the product cheaper on-line, brick-and-mortar competition, etc. Do some price comparing, check the sidewalks, and consider the store card for the coupons IF you pay off the balance. It has a high interest rate compared to others. P. S. — All-Clad rules… all others drool.

If I lived closer to Memphis, I’d live here. The revolving sales, the knowledgeable and friendly staff are a big draw, but the real delight? It’s all organized! I found a new pepper grinder to my liking in no time flat. Whenever I get a new kitchen, a road trip here would definitely be in order. I’m sure there’s an Elvis fan in my life who’s game…

I’ve been a regular here for longer than I care to admit. Before the Williams-Sonoma/Pottery Barn Outlet was the smashing super center it is, this used to be one little store half the size of either shops now where you dug through boxes and packaging materials and hoped all the lights were working. Well, it’s a lot nicer now and much more convenient to shop at. To be truthful, you don’t find as great of a deal here as you do at the neighboring PB outlet — I guess they don’t damage as much cookware in shipping as they do furniture or over-order. Hit them around major holidays, they tend to do «blow out» sales for major ones and the items offered on super sale then are a deal, like 50−75% off retail. If you’re a fan of nice cookware, like my hubby is, you can buy open stock here for 30% off retail or so, which is good, but it’s still pricey as a rule. Their food items are more reduced, and hopefully they’re not expired… In short, I like it. I wish I loved it, but I’m too cheap to give their pricing structure five stars. My oldest brother lives in Memphis, so most any road trip we make from the Nashville area, we hit these if at all possible. Give them a try, you’ll see.

40% off of my favorite French porcelain? Yes, please! Adorable holiday knickknacks for the kitchen at 50% off? Hallelujah! Don’t even get me started on the maple syrup they sell… I’ll go into a sugar coma. This is a fantastic outlet store. It is just like a Williams-Sonoma store… but everything is on sale! And therefore, finally reasonably priced. Be sure to check out their merchandise after holidays, you can get adorable things for 75% off!

A Memphis treat. I frequent this place, and it has saved me some bucks. Always a good selection, low prices(I don’t care if seconds), and good service. Plus, you can stop by Dan McGuiness afterwards.

A pretty good selection of stuff, prices are not always very outlet-ish. You can buy stuff that is on sale in the outlet store, but probably should avoid regularly priced stuff. I did find a silicone spatula of the size and shape that I have been looking for for a while at 30% off. I also looked at a particular pot that I want to buy and found it priced higher than on-line pricing. Same with a toaster oven. It was priced at MSRP, no bargain there. But the store is a nice place to shop at and usually has lots of interesting stuff. Just be aware that it may not be the bargain you think it is.

Oh I love me some Williams-Sonoma! Every time I come here I want to purchase the entire store and immediately go home and become Julia Childs. I want to baste turkeys, make bundt cakes from scratch and torch up some crème brûlée. In other words, Williams-Sonoma brings out the Betty Homemaker that lives inside me. They have amazing bake-ware, pots, dishes and random kitchen gadgets. It is seriously top of the line– and you pay for it. Heavily. Yeah, this is the outlet, but do not assume to catch a huge bargain. Williams-Sonoma is still extremely pricey, but oh so worth it. They have a really great selection of salsas and spaghetti sauces in their prepackaged foods section. They also usually have a fun & fabulous seasonal selection. You can get hella cute Easter treats and dishes in April and Santa adorned kitchen trinkets in December. I love Williams-Sonoma, I just wish I could afford to throw out my entire kitchen and replace it with items from this store. Sadly, I haven’t won the lotto just yet. In the mean time, we’ll keep scratching those tickets.

If you like Williams– Sonoma you will love the outlet! This is one of my favorite places to shop because you get a bargain but it doesn’t feel like an outlet store. The store is clean, organized and has a great staff. You find most of the same items that are at regular William– Sonomas but at a discount. I love their dish towels, hand soap and linens. I hit this store up every holiday for new holiday items like baking tins, candles, linens and decorations. They usually put their holiday decorations on sale 1 – 2 weeks prior to the holiday. So, if you hold out you can find a bargain and the bargains are even better after the holiday, but the selection is not as good. The favorite thing I bought here was a tin of alphabet cookie cutters. I got them when my 11 year old was 2 and I have used them for all of boys. I cut out their lunch sandwiches with different letters to help them learn the alphabet. I am now using them for my 3 year old and noticed they still sell them.
