Verizon Wireless

Service is horrible. Sales people are spending too much time trying to convince people to buy certain phones and socializing that I have watched people walk out the door. Where is the manager?!

I really don’t care about iPhones because I have heard enough bad stuff about lack of customer service and dropped calls from AT&T. Reliability is important to me. The man and I have been loyal Verizon customers for years and we so happy because of it. We just upgraded to Droids and we love them.
This shop is a main hub for people looking to upgrade. They have all the latest and greatest phones offered with Verizon service. The representative was awesome! Unfortunately, his name is not on the receipt or else I would give him a legit shout-​out, but he answered all of our questions, did not try to sell us on upgrades (okay…he did get us on a clear screen protector, but threw in extras when we were entertaining him after his very long Sunday shift), and made the transaction quick and easy so we could get back to our fun day.
