This is not the type of place I would normally review. That being said this is a warning to anyone considering using this company. I got absolutely suckered and paid for something that never needed repairing. I am not incredibly computer savvy and trust that when I take it to an «expert» they will be trustworthy. These people are cheats. I hold myself partly to blame for not knowing more about the problem than I did but you should not be taken advantage of. BEWARE!

I’ve gone here for several years, and they have tried to save me a pretty penny whenever they could. One time, I had a messed up cord, so I dropped by to buy the cord, which was in the tens of dollars. After I selected the cord to buy I showed them the broken cord, and asked if it was the same type just to double check, before I bought it. They said it was, but were asking me why I was getting a new one. I told them the problem, they looked at the old cord, and said it could be easily resolved with a cheap replacement part. They were going to give it to me free, but I asked them how much it was going to cost them, and they said 25 cents. Given that they just saved me tens of dollars, I gave them a dollar and told them to keep the change.
