Shopping at this location was like visiting Wal-​Mart. Where are all your workers. I speculate business is slow so staffing is down but it won’t pick up the rate they are going. Waited at the paint counter 20 minutes to find I couldn’t be helped! There was only one lane to check out and that was in the Pro department. Home Depot is really going down hill in this area but this store was ridiculous. Considering how many security breaches they have had you’d think they would compensate somewhere. Speaking of which I’ve had my bank issue me a new card three times from shopping there. You’d think I would have abandoned then by now. I’ve been holding on but on the verge of letting go of the orange apron and switching to the blue smock.

Purchased a Vissani refrigerator for Home Depot in December. Worst thing I could have done. Second time it’s stopped working. It’s like pulling hair to get it serviced.

Every time it never fails to point me in the right direction and are extremely helpful. And looking for an air filter the employee told me something I had no idea about which will in turn forever change the way I shop for air filters.

I’ve actually had the complete opposite experience of the previous reviewer. Just yesterday I was in this location to pick up a quick gallon of paint. I went to the paint counter with my son and he selected his color which took about five minutes. I noticed as we walked up to the paint area, that there wasn’t anyone at the counter. This didn’t bother me too much as I saw someone assisting another customer mid-​way down the aisle. Needless to say, that worker left with us standing at the counter and at about 11 minutes we stopped a seperate worker as she walked by. She apologized and stated that she didn’t know where the young lady was that works the counter but will radio her that someone was waiting. We waited an additional 5 – 7 minutes before walking out and heading to Walmart. Totally unacceptable and everytime I’ve been in this location, I’ve had a problem finding any assistance. Won’t be back plus the paint was cheaper at Walmart. #Winning.

As much variety as The Home Depot has locating the items I need are always easy, and if I can not find a particular item the staff is always available to help. This store is neat and the customer service is always friendly.
