Talked on phone w reception, was kind and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t repair my brand of machinery.

I have used them several times, for a dishwasher and a dryer and an oven. Each time they have been prompt, courteous and do their best to get it done right in the shortest time possible. Even better, when one guy didn’t have the right part and was going to have to reschedule to the next day he was able to call a coworker, who had the part, and got them to come by and do the repair later the same day so I wouldn’t have to be without my oven for another day. It happened to be the same guy who fixed my dishwasher and he remembered the problem and then gave me some good advice about the oven so we can keep it working as long as possible, just like he had with our dishawasher. These guys are the best in the business and I won’t use anyone else.
