Starbucks

I’ll explain my decision-​making in giving this place 4 stars.
I rate it high because it’s very convenient for me. I work next door to Macy’s in the Grove Park Center office building. So pretty much every weekday, I take a walk outside over to Macy’s and grab some coffee from Starbucks. It provides a nice afternoon pick-​me-​up after lunch and the whole process takes under 10 minutes. So, that’s nice!
I also rate it high because it’s hidden. Not many people know this Starbucks is here unless you’re shopping in Macy’s (which isn’t very popular until Christmas). So there’s rarely ever a line!
However, the customer service at times warrants a 2-​star. There are a few employees who are always courteous and efficient. However, there are some that are rude, unsanitary and are always on their phone. Some never even say a word to you.
But, I give the mangers kudos at the same time, because either those employees don’t last long at the store, or they’re moved to a different shift in which I never have to interact with them.
All in all, stop by this Starbucks if you’re in need of coffee and in the area.

ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS IN MEMPHIS!!! And I’ve been to plenty! There’s actually one employee I tip everytime because he does such a good job and greets everyone! The drinks are even better than most that I’ve ordered from other Starbucks. I come here at least 2 – 3 times a week and I live about 20 minutes away and it’s worth it everytime.
